The entire team at All Land Surveying were professional, timely, and responsive. I used them for a 3 lot short plat and all their work passed with flying colors. Kendall and team were great guiding me through the entire process, especially the final phase getting all pieces in place for final recording. Highly recommend them!
All Land Surveying LLC completed survey work for our home in West Seattle. It was pleasure working experience with them. The bid was reasonable and they had availability within 2 weeks of retainer payment. They came out to complete the work on scheduled date and provided the survey result within reasonable time frame. I definitely will use them for future projects.

I've used All Land Surveying for 5 projects over the last year ranging from Single Family development to Multi-family Platting and they have always provided excellent services at fair prices. They have been very attentive & expedient. They have also been very helpful & informative with me regarding of the processes which I was unfamiliar with.
On every project, they have been my advocate with the Governing agencies & other professionals. As someone who looks to continue expanding projects and knowledge in the land development realm, I will continue to leverage All Land Surveying as my in-pocket expert' moving forward with anything Surveying or land use.

We liked them the first time they came out but when called a second time they assumed they knew what to expect and only sent one guy. I should have turned him away before he even started. How can one guy do location and marking? He fumbled through the day placing about 7 flags after spending hours trying to find the location marks used on the last go and didn't even get both corners marked. They charged for a full day crew (1 guy when I expected 2) I never got more than an emailed receipt no statement of work no offer to file with the count and then they never responded to my emailed concerns over the service provided. Sub-par service and they make no apologies for it. I went from recommending them to anyone and everyone to now warning people to stay away . I'm so disappointed. I spent $1600 and i get to go out and do more work to get the results I wanted.

I hired the company to re-survey and file it with the city. The surveyors were really nice and they communicated well. I do wish it was easier to talk on the phone as email or messages are not always the best way of communicating. They absolutely did a great job with clear survey marks. They even came back to remark a corner as the first mark was on a fence that I was removing. I have no idea if it's been filed yet but I'm guessing I might get notice from the city eventually. They are reasonably priced and break the services down so people don't pay for unnecessary services. I have my drawing and they provided everything I asked for and paid for.

We had a great experience with ALL Land Surveying from start to finish. Jacob was responsive and helpful assessing my needs and scheduling my property boundary survey. Allan and Joedy, who conducted the survey, were professional and efficient, and they took great care to make sure we clearly understood the work they'd done. I would highly recommend using their services for your land surveying needs!

I had a client who needed a survey, quickly. Upon contacting All Land Surveying, they offered to do so that week and got the report back to me quickly. My client deeply appreciated the promptness and flexibility she experienced with everyone at All Land. Then, unexpectedly, I needed a permanent easement written, again quickly, and to my relief, All Land offered to write that up too. All this time, we're working under an ever decreasing timeline. In short, this business deal was closed with the expert, professional and timely assistance of All Land Surveying. I will use them again, when the need arises. Mike Broderick.

Very disappointing. Our initial in person meeting with Joe, the owner, was fine, but communication after deteriorated. The contract outlining scope of work was very loose and minimal. To be fair, we should have required something more specific in writing, but didn't anticipate it would be a problem per our conversation with Joe and it covered the basics of what we were hiring them for.
After several weeks of constantly checking in, we were told the work was done and we were sent an invoice. The invoice was much higher than we expected- again based on our conversation with Joe- and from the preliminary survey they sent us, it appeared that there was work done outside the scope of our contract. The price wouldn't have been too much of an issue if All Land Surveying could have simply explained why the additional work was done or necessary. To make matters worse, they didn't even meet the minimal conditions outlined in the scope of work.
We called the office to make some inquiries about our concerns and see if anyone would be available to explain the discrepancies between work that was done vs. work that was requested. We were informed that every time we called to inquire about our project, we would be billed $125 for project management fees just to look up our files. We sent an email outlining each specific concern we had, but never got any response to any of these questions. The office eventually discounted some of our fees, but the fact of the matter is that the work we requested wasn't done completely or to our satisfaction and we were billed for additional services outside our scope of work. Unfortunately, the language of our scope of work contract wasn't explicit enough to prevent this additional work from being done. Lesson learned.
The most frustrating part of all was hearing absolutely nothing from Joe himself despite attempting to get answers for over a month. He was our initial and primary contact on this project, but when we had an issue, he couldn't be bothered to reach out to us in person. We tried to schedule a meeting with him on the property to resolve our dispute, but we were informed to do so would require an additional $500 retainer fee. It seemed that every time we tried to get answers or explanations for work we felt was done incorrectly there was some additional cost.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. We will definitely be much more careful and thorough with contracts moving forward.

These guys at All LAND Surveying are professional and friendly. It is refreshing to be helped by a team of people that know their business and great customer service. We are grateful for their service, and highly recommend them!
I needed a property line survey for my property and called them for an estimate. I spoke with Joe and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also does the field work and kept in touch with me by phone and email.
We contacted Joe again, when we needed a Flood Elevation Certification for FEMA & I cannot express how impressed Judy & I were with his wealth of expertise & explaining it to us, so we had a clear understanding of the entire process. We will be utilizing ALL LAND SURVEYING on our upcoming driveway easement & boundary line adjustment projects. It is great to know, you can reach out to a local, well established business & get great work that is done ahead of schedule & to know you can trust their work! 5 Stars to ALL LAND SURVEYING!
