They were quick and easy. The price wasn't too bad. The two movers who came were positive and cool. There were no issues on any part. This was the second time I used their service as well. Overall, they were great.

I had Ultimate Movers move so furniture for me this morning and Moses and his team were great ? They were so punctual and they moved the furniture promptly and efficiently. If I have any furniture removals in the future I will definitely be calling them again .

Just avoid -- The owner Moses quoted me a price that explicitly did not include a transportation fee because the move was 2 minutes, and 10 minutes from their base location. But after being charged over $900 for a 2.5hr move, I called and asked for an itemized receipt, which he has not provided after multiple attempts. The workers were friendly, but Moses was absolutely worthless.

This was the worst experience ever. First they were 30 minutes late and when I called for an ETA the owner was completely rude and argumentative rather than just suggesting he call the crew to get an ETA for us. Second, we paid for 2 hours and after 90 minutes the head crew guy said they were done because they needed 30 minutes travel time. We hired this company through “Hire a Helper” and when I called them they said we should have gotten the full 2 hours we prepaid for. Third the two movers came completely unprepared without any moving equipment to help them move furniture so my husband actually had to help them move rather than spend that time doing what he needed to do in our new house. The head crew guy also asked us how much we were going to tip them and I was thinking why would we tip when you couldn’t even do your job but I said nothing. Then to top it all off, when I called Hire a Helper to complain the crew called my husbands cell phone and asked him to please recant his complaint. And of course the owner was completely rude to Hire a Helper when they called him to find out why his crew didn’t complete the job.

The movers were friendly, on time, and communicative. Moses kept in contact with me the entire time. The reason I gave 3 stars to follow. First, we took apart all of our own bed frames. My husband had went in to help them with my kids frame as they asked and then they told him they couldn't take it apart because he started it. We had a really heavy couch in the living room (very heavy) and my husband had to help with that as one of the movers had accidently let it go on the wall and I grabbed it just in time to avoid damage. They left some items I ended up having to go back for and said they weren't able to take my outside umbrella because of bugs. Besides that the movers were very quick and efficient. My biggest issue was after the job was done. I was told $120 an hour which is a great price and I estimated the move would take around 4 hours (first time using movers so again it's an estimate.) All the other quotes I got based it on what items I had and how big the house was then told me anything over four hours would be charged prorated in 15 minute increments. Moses never discussed that with me nor did I ever receive a written out quote with a price breakdown/ estimate. The day of the move I wrote down the time on the paperwork I was given it was 11:53 am. The work concluded at 4:03 pm so 4 hours and ten minutes. The lead mover said they would write down 5 hours, something to do with travel time which didn't make any sense to me considering the rule is an automatic 1 hour travel on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends (it was Wednesday) but that's included in the move time unless you go over. I said ok I'll pay 5 hours still a great price no problem. Moses asked me for card over the phone and I said absolutely not I need a receipt breakdown and a final cost to which he stated he would send it to me in a few hours since he wasn't in the office. The next morning I got an invoice for $720. 4 hours at $120 is $480. $240 for going over an hour. I said I never agreed to a double price increase and also I didn't go over an hour so if anything prorate the $240 to 15 minutes. He said it's "standard" to charge double over the time estimate which I knew was a lie because I had gotten over a dozen estimates before him all of which prorated the time and based their estimates off of what I had in home not off of my best guess. I told him it was shady business and after a back and forth I agreed to pay $600 $120×5 hours. I used cash app as he requested and kept all of my receipts/ documentations. Ultimate Movers still has the best deals so if you're on a budget use them just make sure to get everything in writing first don't let him rush you off the phone as he tends to do. If you want a more professional service that will take apart everything and ensure all of your items are brought and everything written out in a complete breakdown I would suggest paying a little more and going elsewhere. I had multiple other quotes in the range of $580-$720 so for about the same price I could have avoided the hassle. On the plus side nothing was broken and again the movers were very friendly genuine guys who will move the heavy items.

The owner Moses communicated and explained the process. They moved me into my place last year. The issue I had was with the movers work ethic and they didn't take time to wrap my furniture up accordingly I wouldn't have had damaged furniture. Not only that but I was charged a substantial amount to move me from Lakewood to Fife WA. When I reached out to Moses he did handle the problem and terminated the individual that did the damage. I didn't like the fact that the worker who was terminated text me after the fact to tell me thanks for getting him fired.. NO HE GOT HIMSELF FIRED WITH HIS EFFORTLESS WORK ETHIC.

Never use this company! NEVER! I hired this fraud company to move on June 29th. Because of this company’s deception and bad work ethic, my family had to pay mentally and monetarily. owner, (his name is Moses) attitude went from friendly and helpful to cold and uncompassionate the moment this job became his responsibility. Here are just a few of the things my family had to do to compensate for their laziness: (Include pictures) 2. DID NOT DOMOST BASIC THING movers didn’t take the time to do basic things like wrapping my furniture, chairs and/or my mattresses in fabrics or at the very least, plastic. Because of mover’s no shirt and minimal clothing, my furniture got dirty with sweat and dirt in the truck, causing our family to have to replace all of our dirty objects. We threw away all three mattresses. And some furniture 3. Because these workers were paid hourly, they stalled for time, working too slowly and taking many breaks. They even packed the truck in a careless manner, wasting a lot of space and causing the need for two trips, wasting even more time. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIANL MOVER!! 4. When I returned to old house the next day to make sure everything was out from old house. but there was still four furniture and TV on the second floor, causing me to waste my time and money doing work that should’ve been done by their movers. 5. When I contacted this company about these issues, they ignored my texts because it didn’t concern, he when it most definitely did. 6. this company and employees are exposing customers to risk without even following the minimum obligations to protect customers from covid 19 viruses 7. There was no minimum hygiene concept 8. No documentation, including invoice receipts, was provided to the customer 9. they didn't assemble anything This company ignores everything and avoids contact As an owner of this business, this deception and taking advantage of the customer is unacceptable and I refuse to let anyone else fall victim like our family did.
