I had a terrible experience with this business. Despite the fact that they had to redo the staining three times (due to their poor staining job), the end result was still disappointing. There are noticeable uneven areas and you can even feel a dip in places where they re-sanded. Unfortunately, this was not the worst of it. They also caused damage to my old baseboards, making them irreparable and requiring me to purchase new ones. To make matters worse, the floor is not water-resistant at all, and there are already signs of discoloration. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy business, I strongly advise you to avoid this one. They were unwilling to resolve any of the problems after taking my money.
We had the old tile flooring in our kitchen replaced with SPC Vinyl Plank Flooring. The estimate process was smooth and Will's was very clear in communicating options and costs. The demo/installation guys were pleasant and made sure to check in at each stage to confirm everything was being installed as expected. They worked quickly and cleaned up the site once they had finished. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Will's to anyone looking to update their flooring.

Had a great experience working with Will's Flooring, from being able to take decent-sized samples home to check how they would fit to the entire installation process. We ended up getting our flooring online, but the installation process was smooth and fast. The installers were professional and on time and they managed to finish the entire basement (~530 sq ft) within 3 days with a combination of LVP and ceramic tile. Staff is also really quick and responsive on calls and emails regarding quoting and scheduling the work.
