Brennan installed a 2.5 ton AC and a new gas furnace in my house last year. They were done in 1 day. They did fantastic work. Everything works perfect. Very professional and courteous workers. Extremely impressed with the job they did. I'll never use another company for anything HVAC related. A+

Steven went above and beyond to ensure that our A/C unit was properly working. This was the 3rd time in 3 weeks that we had issues and he made sure to do every test to ensure what we needed fixed was taken care of when he was here. Extremely great guy and veteran that takes care of his clients.

I was so upset about not understanding what was wrong with my furnace and air conditioner. After two incredibly nice and professional guys came and installed a new furnace it was discovered there was something wrong with my air conditioner. I was so distraught!! But Brennan sent someone out same day and he worked until he figured out what was wrong and my air conditioning worked again!!! Thanks Ibs you are the best and thank you Brennan for being customer service oriented. I will recommend Brennan for any heat and air service! You’re awesome!!!!!

On March 6, 2024, Brennan Heating came to our home to repair our Lennox gas furnace that was showing an error code of “225”. The technician took a look and determined it was the “high-pressure switch” and said it could be fixed by using a paper clip and asked me if I had one. I thought this odd but went ahead and found a metal paper clip and gave it to him. He put the paper clip into the high-pressure switch and wiggled it around and pronounced it clean. This took all of 6 minutes start to finish, and the charge was $205.48. I had agreed to the $179 service fee + tax when I made the appointment and paid the bill in full even though I felt like I had been taken advantage of for a problem that took 6 minutes to fix and that I had to supply the makeshift tool to fix it. On April 18th my furnace showed an error code of “223” which is the code for an issue with the “low-pressure switch”. This time I did not call Brennan but called a different furnace repair company and they were able to fix the problem. I told the technician what had happened in March when Brennan came out. He checked the high-pressure switch, finding that it was nearly completely clogged and would certainly become a problem again i.e. the paper clip method didn’t do much but get the error code to stop blinking. This technician completely cleaned out both switches (using correct equipment, not a paper clip) and did a thorough check of my furnace to make sure everything else was working properly. I will never call Brennan again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone. A total rip-off that I should have seen coming. UPDATE May 2, 2024. I was contacted by the Customer Service Manager at Brennan in response to the above review. He stated that my experience with Brennan was not within their quality standards for repairs. He offered to refund the total cost that I had paid to Brennan. I was appreciative that he reached out and once the refund is processed I will consider this matter closed.

Brennan was supremely professional and communicative. Andrew's expertise was evident, and he was able to diagnose a problem that was causing me a lot of stress on a unit they don't typically install. The rates were fair and scheduling was very accommodating to my schedule. I will be contacting Brennan when it is time for routine maintenance. 100% 5-star service!

From the initial contact at Costco to the mechanical inspection by King County we were extremely impressed with Brennan's installation process management. We appreciated Craig's approach when he came out for the in-home consultation. There was no hard sell, he answered all our questions with facts and data which allowed us to preform a cost / benefit analysis. The installation crew was remarkable in working around potential roadblocks to complete what was estimated to be a two day project in one long day. Professionalism was off the charts. Financing was made easy by Brennan's prior arrangements with a financing company. Brennan's arranged for both the electrical and mechanical inspection and both went without issues. Brennan's even applied for our 10% gift card from Costco and the PSE energy savings rebate. Thanks to everyone at Brennan's that made the conversion from electric furnace to heat pump seamless and painless. It has only been two weeks but already we feel the "Precise Comfort" advantage.

Consultant was professional and covered all our options thoroughly. Though costs were higher than other quotes, the value of the service and product made it our best choice. My philosophy is you get what you pay for. Installation team was professional and answered any inquiries we had. Completed installation in one day. Work looked great and professional. Billing was courteous and polite. From start to finish, everyone was professional. Would recommend. System works great, looking forward to the electric bill savings over the next 10 – 15 years.

Aharon Temple & another technician arrived right on time and very quickly found the problem. At first blush they were worried as my Lennox ductless model no longer had the repair parts necessary for the job. But they immediately went to check on the lower fuse box next to the exchanger unit and found two blown fuses. Replaced them with much better updated fuses. Great guys and very knowledgeable and efficient
