If you're in need of honest advice regarding your plumbing issues, I would definitely reach out to this company. I had few issues with my bathroom shower valve, water heater fixtures, and water shutoff valve, etc. and Samuel came for an on-site estimate. He was kind, there was no up-selling, and he helped me decide what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Their pricing is more than fair. I would definitely reach out to them again.
Done Right has worked three excellent jobs for me and I will call them whenever I need them again. The first two jobs involved replacing my electric water heater and replacing my broken gas furnace, and the third was tracking down and fixing a water leak by reseating a toilet. All well executed with attention to customer satisfaction.

We have had Done Right plumbers for large leaks and small jobs for several years. There work is high quality and their employees are professional and friendly and do their job efficiently. We always have been satisfied and recommend their services.

I called Done Right on a Friday afternoon when I discovered a burst pipe. They came out promptly and determined where the leak was located. While they were not able to repair it immediately, the came out first thing Monday morning and quickly repaired the leak. Excellent service, quality work, friendly people. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wow! What a great crew! Very friendly, honest and reasonably priced! Just had them replace my dual sump pump system and am very happy so far. I definitely will be hiring them again for my plumbing needs!

Malachi and Nick were SO wonderful to work with - I needed a plumber ASAP so I called and they were able to dispatch right away (HUGE PLUS) and I they arrived, they did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate. I accepted and they got to work right away - they found problems I didn’t know about and gave me the option of fixing it or leaving it alone which I appreciated. They went above and beyond - when they saw that there was an older valve that needed to be replaced, they took the initiative and fixed that as well. What I most appreciated though was the follow up after the job. I was worried about a leak that I never got closure on and they followed up to share their findings and what exactly they did. I just moved to Washington and I found my go to plumbing company!

Would recommend Done Right! They came out quickly to assess our problem and we’re able to tackle the complex issue immediately.

We've gotten good work from Done Right Plumbing a couple times over the years. Scheduling was quick and easy by phone. On arrival, Malachi determined the bathroom sink drain needed the stopper cleaned (no charge) and the bathtub needed a snake. They did a great job at a reasonable price. They're a modern shop - we got emails confirming scheduling and invoicing. I recommend them.

Ashton and Wendy from Done Right have been awesome with coordinating repairs at the rental house I'm living at.
Really easy to work with and have access to a team of contractors and demo people that are also great to work with.
Highly recommend.
Pics of contued work. Removed a clogged kitchen pipe. 64 year old pipe full of gunk. Definitely glad to have them around for repairs.
