Frank, Eugene, and the AAA team did a great job on my two bathroom renovations. They have very high standards and higher quality products. They demoed the old floors and countertops quickly, fixed all subfloor issues in preparation for installing new materials, and the outcome speaks for itself. They are very reasonably priced and offer a great value. Thanks again guys! Pro tips: check out the Choose Monroe magazine for big coupons here and if you have smaller vanity countertops you can get super expensive materials for a low cost if you use their countertop remnants.

I don't like to write bad reviews but boy are we mad! We hired this company to redo our carpets, an office with hardwood and a dining room with hardwood. We have just purchased this home and wanted the floors to be updated before we moved in. We were told it would take about 2 days to do demo, carpet install, and hardwood install. There seems to be 0 responsibility when it comes to scheduling. We had people come work on the floors at all times of day. At one point we left to grab more of our stuff and came back to a worker who came at 6 pm!!! (We left a garage key fob for them to use since we weren't fully moved in) He literally did 1/4 of the floor in our dining room and left!!!!! Then they told us that they couldn't finish the office because they accidentally didn't order enough material. For a 200sq ft room ?‍♀️. After talking to some people who also work in the industry we were told they were most likely using old product they had and it wasn't an accident! How slimy. My husband has called and texted our sales rep with no reply. He's also called the owner and left multiple voice mails. It has been almost a week and we have not heard from anyone. We have moved in and told them they now have to schedule work times instead of coming whenever they want and it's been crickets since then. We have 2 unfinished floors (pictures attached) at this point we are going to hire another company to finish what they couldn't! 2 stars because the carpet installer pretty much did all the work himself and was awesome.

When I was researching companies to redo our kitchen counters, I looked at reviews. AAA had 31 - 5 star reviews! I was skeptical, who gets all 5 stars?? I researched some of the clients and found that they were credible. I can say that our experience was top notch. Frank was always available to answer my questions, and he, Eddie, Eugene and Emerson professional and easy to work with. Once the template was completed and our quartz slabs were in, I went to their fabrication bay and placed the template's to get the exact portion of design I wanted for each area. When there was a hiccup, as there always is, they all went the extra mile to do what had been promised. The job was completed on time and both my husband and I are extremely happy.
