FL did our addition work, we added on a two story addition and remodeled one section of our house. They were responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Francisco is a great problem solver, easy to work with, a hard worker and an all around nice guy. He has a great crew and we couldn’t have asked for more and highly recommend!
We are building a house on an island and found FL Construction online. After talking with Francisco we determined he was the guy for the job. His pricing was reasonable. Francisco is very knowledgeable and a make it happen kind of guy. He made suggestions on areas where we could save money. He communicated with our other contractors to ensure that the job was being done correctly for a smooth progression of the project. Francisco has a genuine concern for doing the job well. Our job site was challenging and was not prepped properly by our excavator. Francisco didn't let it phase him and did what was needed to make it right. The team worked well together and accomplished a lot in a short period of time. Francisco is dependable and honest and does quality work. We hope to work with him on other aspects our our project.

Francisco and his crew are wonderful. He is timely, honest, and obviously concerned with providing the best customer service possible. His workmanship is excellent, his prices are very fair, and we are totally pleased with the results. We have tried others before, but never found anyone that checked all the boxes. With FL Construction, we finally have. Thank you Francisco!

I found FL construction on Google maps and hired them based on their reviews. They were fast, fair, reliable and gave a reasonable price. They weren’t the cheapest option but I felt they were the best for the job and the price they quoted was fair. They did extra work beyond the job they quoted! I would absolutely hire them again.

I usually do all my own home renovation work because I am very particular and I can save a lot of money. But after building a new deck I was completely out of free time and I still needed new siding on the south side of my house before winter to protect a lot of the work I did. I found FL Construction online and they looked pretty new so I wasn't sure if I was taking a risk but Francisco was really responsive, I felt good about him after I met him, and I liked the quote. I checked a couple references and saw pics of his work and decided to go ahead with it. When the work was complete it was clear I made the right choice. They did siding on the south side, installed a new front door, and built a shelter over the front door. It still needs paint but that will be a separate contract and speaking of the contract I think it was straight forward and fair. Francisco was polite, very responsive to both texts and emails, and timely. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was a good value. I had to go out of town for three weeks for work so it was up to my wife to interact with Francisco and his crew. She enjoyed hosting these guys and I think I only got one phone call with a question while I was gone. They did a great job of figuring everything out and it felt really good coming home to a job well done.
