Great guys! Super helpful. They had what I needed and explained how to use the tools I rented in detail. They even gave me the fuel. Just the kind of place that welcomes you with a smile and seems to love what they do. You don't always find that in rental stores. I'll be back!
I'm a united guy just for the reliability of the larger company however I have been using the North Bend location and the service is great. It's not 5 stars because of some past issues however those are starting to fade.

Outstanding service by Roots, Colby and delivery driver Steve. Helpful, informative and timely from start to finish. Located a particular bucket for the excavator I needed, made my project far easier and safer. Thanks guys!

Amazing customer service! Rented a tool and had some small issues but the guy behind the counter when I came to drop it off, made things right without me even asking.
Great service, good products, fair pricing and they sell stihl saws and products. Definitely recommend.
I will return due to the great customer service I received.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I use them for my personal tools and needs and recently started using them for my business needs too. Competitive pricing on rentals and as I mentioned staff is great. Parking is a little tight if you're pulling a trailer but if you can drive it's not too inconvenient.
