If you need these services you're probably having a bad day. These guys will help! They are quick and courteous. Josiah came for the initial consult and explained everything and listened to all our concerns. John, James, Zack and Jeb were out a few days later for demo and dry out. Of course things were worse than anticipated but they stayed until the job was done. They were polite and did their best to contain the construction mess and cleaned up after themselves. They have also worked with our insurance company so we didn't have to!

H2Away was recommended because we had a toilet over flow so we had sewer water that soaked our carpet. When they came to remove the carpet and accessed the damage there was more damaged then we expected but Nate and Zach explained everything to us step by step of what they found and what they where doing to fix it. They where very courteous, respectful and easy to talk to to explain our concerns. We would definitely recommend H2Away to our friends. When Derick came over to pick up fans on Monday he was also very respectful and it was so nice getting the noisy fans out

Having a water leak in our bathroom definitely caused a lot of stress and upheaval in our lives! H2O Away has been fantastic guiding us through this process. We first spoke to Kevin K. I could tell from our first conversation that we were in good hands with this company. Kevin is so knowledgeable and well spoken! He put our fears at rest and explained the entire process. He handled the complexities of our homeowners insurance claim issues and communicated with us through each step. Here is what happened: Our downstairs bathroom and walk in closet was water damaged from a sudden leak from the tub faucet upstairs. We had to take everything out of our closet and bathroom. When the H2O Away crew came to remove the damage, they were also very professional. Nate and Derek were both very hard workers and did a fantastic job keeping the rest of my home tidy and dust free. Nate is also a fabulous communicator and just an all around good guy. I am very happy with the entire process! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately my family and I suffered a leak in our kitchen ceiling recently. After further investigation with our plumbing service we realized the damage was extensive. Water damage and black mold throughout the ceiling, wall, and kitchen. Kevin originally came out to assess the scope of the project and was quickly followed up by the remediation team. I have to say, I’m one of those annoying homeowners who asks a lot of questions, inspects work, and wants things done thoroughly/well. I’ve got a wife with severe mold allergies and three small children. I was totally impressed with the level of service I received from the remediation team. Specifically, we’re very grateful for Andrew and Nate who were high-quality and accommodating professionals (and extremely hardworking). They made sure all of the rooms were seal tight and contained, walked me through each step, and thoroughly diagnosed/treated the entire kitchen and crawl space. These situations are highly stressful (especially managing a career in the military and a young family) but I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received from H20 thus far.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate, James, Justin, Kevin and Kelsey for a few days this week and I'm so thankful! I had a pipe burst and they did an amazing job going through my house and making sure they removed everything that had been damaged. Each of them took time at the beginning and end of their day to contact me and let me know what they were going to do, what they completed and ask me if I needed anything or had questions. I have never experienced something like a pipe burst and I'm glad went with Nate, James, Justin, Kevin and Kelsey at H2O Away. I recommend them and their company!!!
