Recently Sinclair Inlet Marina replace 15 wood piles with 15 steel piles. We hired Thompson Pile Driving to fabricate and vibrate our piles. Paul, and Doug comprise two generations of men in the Fritts family, and have joined together to create an unstoppable team. Doug is the front man, he stayed in constant touch with us and is such a reassuring individual that any worries you have are put to rest. Paul makes sure the job is done and done well. If he wouldn't put it in his place you can rest assured he will not put it in your project. Eric is the on-site project manager and makes sure that the final job is up to the standard required of the owners. This Team brings experience, craftsmanship, integrity, and honesty to every job they have done for us. They are our go-to Team when it comes to anything we need done.

Thompson Pile Driving is amazing! Doug was incredibly responsive to our request for proposal. They led the permitting process, and were extremely responsive with scheduling the project around our budget.
The communication and coordination was as impressive as their craftsmanship and attention to detail. From start to finish they went beyond what was expected or promised (including repairs to a gate that wasn’t even related to the project).
I approached other marine construction companies that refused to even attempt the permitting process. Thompson Pile Driving led the process, including locating historical photos needed to obtain the permits.
I recommend Doug, Paul, and their team 100% and would love to work with them in the future on any project.

Paul and Doug Fritts run a great company. I live on Puget Sound and had a uniquely challenging need to replace old creosote pilings from over 40 years ago. The Thompson crew did a fantastic job. They took extra time to plan, place and replace the galvanized steel pilings. Their excellent planning allowed our dock, which is exposed to the elements, to survive the recent Winter windstorm. I would wholeheartedly recommend Thompson for anything related to docks.

Thompson has replaced over two dozen pilings and recently added a float lift to our pier. These guys are terrific and very responsive. Paul, Doug and the rest of the crew are pros and do a great job.

Thompson Pile Driving installed a Pier, Ramp and Float for me here in the South Sound. They did a great job. Paul, Doug, and Eric were a pleasure to work with. They did everything that they said they would do and more with great communication along the way.
