Call looking for a water heater and I got lectured that they don't sell hot water heaters unless I'm a licensed plumber. As a home builder I guess I'm not allowed to pick up my appliances for my plumber so I guess I'll just make sure my plumbers shop elsewhere. Not to mention it's not like you get any special pricing here it's actually more expensive than most other places.

My builder told me to go into the showroom to look at faucets, sinks, bathtub etc. So i took a Friday off and my girlfriend and I went to the 57th Ave next to Canyon rd. We walked in a older lady behind the desk was helping another couple. We started looking around and assumed we’d be acknowledged at some point. Well 30 mins later still nothing, no “Hey folks ill be with you shortly or anything” we didn’t want to be rude and butt in so we figured we’d take our business elsewhere. I know our new home needs wont break this company but i have to imagine they’re in business to make money. We spoke to our builder and he said he works with Rosen supply in Tacoma also, so thats who we’ll be working with now. Word of advice for Keller, “Customer Service” acknowledge your customer that keeps your light bill paid and hire people who understand this…

This was one of the most uncomfortable visits I've made to any supply showroom. The woman made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. She acted like she was paranoid to be in the showroom with me. I am 5'5" and 65 years old. Apparently I could see her computer screen also that she was using where there Apparently were magic wholesale prices she didn't want me to see. She told me to have a seat where I could not see it. What a rude woman. Needless to say I bought my black sink with new garbage disposal and delta iq faucet at Fergusons showroom in Tacoma

Showed up at 3:55 thinking they were open until 4:30 to look at faucets. Doors were locked and the rude lady made her mission to let us know we showed up 5 minutes before they closed and was not real nice about it. Let's just lock the doors before closing. I swear the website said 4:30 AND the door said 4:30 as well. Bought elsewhere. This was approximately 3-4 weeks ago.

We were sold the wrong item by the person in their showroom. When we called to return it hey said we would receive a full refund. When we arrived they hit us with a 25% restocking fee. Not good.

They always have the hard to find parts I need and if they don't, they find a way to make things work with what they do have. Way more helpful than the big box stores.

Our contractor sent us to look at your show room. My husband and I have never been treated So Rudely. Who ever you have at your front desk needs to learn better customer service. She was so curt and rude to us I would not recommend your business to any other customers. Granted we didn't know the procedures but we are elderly and her attitude was uncalled for.
