They later returned to install a drain catch basin to mitigate some water runoff issues on the back porch. I had Steve come and do a bid because I needs some extensive concrete work done. I did a bid because my best friend recommended them, but since has found out they are not reliable. I met with Steve and walked him through my needs and he left like any other contractor with a promise to send a bid within a day or two. I have since text him and followed up for the bid and that was 3 weeks ago. It really shows how unimportant some of these companies think you are as a potential customer. But heh, if they are making money and don’t need other customers then I am glad to take my business somewhere else. I found a wonderful contractor to do the 20k dollar job and wouldn’t recommend Cross Pointe for anything.

Steve and his team did an amazing job. Steve communicated effectively and always did what he said he was going to do. His workmanship was high quality and I was extremely satisfied with the end result. Steve took out my deck and installed a concrete pad for my new hot tub to lay on. He made my existing deck blend right into the concrete pad. There was also limited space and Steve did a great maximizing the concrete pad area. Steve is a complete professional and I would absolutely use Steve and his team again.
