They were amazing! There communication with us was always timely when we had questions. We kept going back and forth on different material and they were so knowledgeable which helped us make a great decision on our roofing style. The employees were always so nice and responsive. Our roof was in very poor shape and Puyallup Roofing did such a great job we loves every part of the process and final product. It made our house totally transform. We recommend them after having many difficulties in the past with other companies. They did an amazing job!
Josh answered every question with honesty and integrity.
The crew who showed up to replace my roof was not just on time, but early. They did at least 2 walk throughs in my yard to make sure all the debris was picked up. Scott and Jessica have been nothing but customer service oriented and accommodating.

Workers were respectful of our property as well as the neighbors. Job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a roofing replacement!

Earlier this year, Puyallup Roofing removed our old tile roof and replaced it with their 50 year warranty composition roof. We were extremely pleased with them throughout the entire process. We found them to be honest, professional, thorough and timely with very competitive pricing. Based off our experience, we would highly recommend them.

Puyallup Roofing was easy and great to work with. They were responsive, transparent and friendly. They answered my many questions and I never felt pressured to sign anything. They followed through on their work and when something didn’t get transferred into the work order they were back the next day to take care of it. Also they made my ugly roof pretty! Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious, highly recommend!

Puyallup roofing did an amazing job Josh and is crew were fast and on time, very professional and new exactly what they were doing, and the gutters they put on look amazing. Also very thorough in clean up and inspected everything to make sure nothing was out of places. The crew was very respectful and fast and easy to work with. The price was amazing and ypu definitely get what you paid for and more. I will 100% refer them out to who ever needs a roof done

Loved working with this team. Being the first house we built, and our forever dream home, the team at Puyallup Roofing patiently answered all our questions and guided us through the whole process. They were on time, friendly and did a great job of installing the roof to give us a picture perfect home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

Josh helped me pick out which roof would look best on my house and set up the job and got it done in a timely, professional manner. They made my house look so much better with the new roof and gutters. I had a gut feeling I should go with them and I’m glad I did.
