We had Avrio do all our countertops in our new build home and they turned out beautiful! They were responsive and helpful and the installers did such a good job you can’t even see the seams on one of the counters. Yuri was our point of contact and he was extremely helpful and really responsive. I would absolutely recommend them to others!
I can’t say enough good things about Sergiu and his entire crew. I went through a very extensive remodel and experienced problems every step of the way. Avrio is the only part of my remodel that was pleasant. Sergiu went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a couple design challenges, he was incredibly fair when we had a difficulty with a portion of our installation, and he met every deadline. His crews were friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. If our other subs were a fraction of this professional our remodel would have been a much more pleasant experience. I will use Avrio and Sergiu exclusively for my fabrication needs and would recommend them without hesitation.

Avrio is simply the best company for marble, granite, quartz and solid surfaces in Seattle!
After several months looking for a specific remnant with disappointing results, Sara Bassetti was quick to communicate, locate, price and schedule my delivery within 2 weeks!!!!! Outstanding service, punctuality, communication and professionalism!!!

Our entire experience with Avrio’s thoughtful process was impressively flawless. It’s going to be nearly impossible to experience this level of quality again as a home owner. From initial outreach, Sara’s knowledge of product and eye for design helped solidify confident decisions. Sara and every individual involved were patient, communicative and eager to help answer any questions along the way. I contacted Heidi Tallent for the quote. She was super-fast and very helpful in providing all the details. The quote provided to me was atleast 7K lesser than Costco prices for the same material.
Template guy Pete was very knowledgeable and helped us in making decision.
Install crew Chicho and Rafa was very professional. They have taken their time to install and made sure everything looks good and cleaned the place.
Overall, I am very happy with Aviro Surfaces despite I was having doubt given the previous negative comments.

Avrio is the best! My wife and I just remodeled our home, and Yuri and his team took great care of us. Honest pricing, great quality, and fantastic customer service. We initially had our kitchen countertops replaced, but we’re so pleased with the results that we ended up having them replace our laundry room countertops as well.
The sales staff was helpful in recommending colors, products, and details like the optimal height of the backsplash, etc. the installation team was fast and friendly.
Since the initial installation, the team at Avrio have been available for questions - and even a fantastic repair job after I accidentally dropped some cast iron on the edge of the countertop.
Fantastic company - ask for Yuri when you call!

I needed a larger cut out for a new stovetop that I bought. Although I bought the same size top as a replacement, it was a different brand and needed a slightly larger cutout. Many of the places I contacted only wanted a full remodel to replace my granite which I did not need. Yuri was awesome. He came to the house and did the work quickly cleaning up the area after the work. I really appreciate contractors that even are willing to do the smaller jobs. This company is number 1 for me and will use them if I decide to do a larger remodel in the future.

Wow! I can not say enough good things about this company! The quality of work, the selection, the care in which they measured and installed the countertop and backsplash, and the follow up when everything was done…just wonderful! And what a selection of quartz they had..including the latest styles from Cambria. I chose one of their designs…it’s so beautiful! And I want to especially thank their Design & Sales Consultant, Yuri Bekchiu…he was very thorough in helping me decide the layout, checking the measurements, and following up afterwards. He took his time to make sure it was what I had I mind. You are in good hands with this company. I am posting the pictures so you can see what it looks like, my kitchen is still progressing, but you can get an idea on what they had to do…especially with the backsplash. If you want to know the color/design, this is quartz, called “Kendal” by Cambria.
