After submitting a very reasonable bid to repair the buckled plaster in the main stairwell of our nearly 100 year-old home, we had Carlos come to do the work. He was punctual, respectful, tidy, thorough and unobtrusive. He did a spectacular job…. Better than new! He even completed the job nearly 2 days early! We will definitely be using his services in the future and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his company.

Absolutely loved working with Carlos and Mahryah from start to finish. After purchasing our home, we realized that the squeaks in the top floor moved from "huh, we should eventually fix those" to "this is incredibly annoying". We contacted PNW remodeling and paint and Carlos and Mahryah came out a few days later to assess the problem and give us a bid. First challenge with our floors, they're epoxy. Second challenge, the squeaks are due to nail pops and shifting sub floor. The crew got to work a month later, sanding down the expoxy, screwing in the sub floor, leveling the floors (6 bags of leveling mix if that tells you how messed up things were), then put down LVP. Carlos and his team cleaned up each evening, kept us updated on their progress (we were out of town) and repainted our baseboards. Our original plan was to do the rest of the floors in the house in the Spring and Summer but we loved the finished product so much we decided to get on PNW Remodeling and Paint's calendar ASAP to finish everything up.
