Was told my benefits would kick in December 1st. After not having any and living each day in severe pain just to be mobile I finally made a much needed Dr's appt. When doing so they asked for insurance info, I had nothing to give them so I called again to get said info (after December 1st) and was told my benefits wouldn't kick in until Jan. 1st now. This was devastating to me and the person I was talking to seemed so far from helpful in fact it almost felt like what I was concerned about I had no right to, so much so, I will do everything I can to never have to call back. Zero empathy gets 5 stars and same with customer service. If you don't like your job don't make other's suffer for your misery and find a better suited job where your not dealing with people.

Good benefits for workers. Person who took my call was absolutely rude and condescending.
