awful. Go someplace else.
See that picture? It’s a pallet of tile left about 40 feet from my driveway. No notification that it was coming. No attempt to deliver it near the garage.
Not once in my 13 years at this address has someone not been able to properly deliver something until this amateur operation did.
Oh, and coincidentally, my neighbor got a delivery from them earlier the same week and THE SAME THING HAPPENED.

No interest in serving retail customers at reasonable prices. Big box stores selling sale tile at half the price. Won’t be using them in the future,
the staff are bro-y and distracted (browsing phone while taking to customers)

They have the best tile selection in the area, designs are modern and unique. I would recommend looking at the online site before going to the physical location. The pricing is also good for the quality. I have worked with Brandon at the Seattle location twice now, he was able to work within my budget to get a quality result for the remodel I am working on. Big thanks to him and I will continue to work with him and recommend him to everyone.

Thanks for basically ignoring us after telling you what we were in the market for, & for edging us out of your way when you wanted to show another couple a display that we were actively looking at! “Such fun”

Visited their showroom and the two people working could not be bothered to get out of their chairs. Let them know what I was looking for only to be sent out to the warehouse by myself to find it. Came back in to get info on the item because there is no information on the samples. I was treated as I was an inconvenience asking for info on the item. Clipboard was pushed at me to write the info down that I had to ask for again. I walked out of the showroom extremely frustrated. The attitude of the sales people was enough for me to never step foot in there again. I drove around the corner to another company and placed an order with them. If customer service is important to you, go elsewhere. Your not going to find it at Bedrosians.

We love this showroom and have sent many clients in to choose slabs and tile for their remodel projects. We recently ordered counter tops for our own home and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone on the sales staff is courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Over and beyond the call of duty!! Nicest people ever!! I was on my way with a friend to pick up her beautiful tiles when we got caught in Seattle traffic. Not only did they stay open late for us, when we didn't arrive, Jason called us to make sure we were okay. We had been 2 minutes from our destination and had been rear-ended by a driver who had fallen asleep at the wheel! Shaken and sore, we are okay thankfully, as was the driver who had hit us. Jason, from Oregon Tile & Marble , came to find us with the fireplace tiles and even brought us water. He couldn't have done enough for us! Thank you, Jason! You made our day so much better.

Would not recommend this tile store to anyone. They don't like working with 'customers' and then when you send your tile installer in they give them the run around. There are way too many other good tile companies in the Seattle area to waste your time and frustration with OTM!!
