Careful shopping here, they will tow your vehicle just because. Even though we payed for parking. I’ve talked to another person this happened to as well. If you don’t want people parking in a certain spot then update your very faded unreadable signs.

We were sold grout that after install was a very different color than the swatch on the box. TFL was no help (wouldn't even refund the grout purchase) even though they recommended the color as a close match to the tile we also bought from them. Now we have to grind it out and replace. Save your time and money and go to Master Wholesale right down the street.

Had 2 orders, ~$190 & ~$400, to return and they charged a 25% restocking fee (~$130). All the items I returned (a bucket of grout, a bag of thinset, a couple of boards and some other consumables) were not heavy, nor special order and are items that they carry on their shelves. Further, no items were missing nor damaged. Had I made them do two separate returns, I would have saved $130 on a restocking fee, that would have taken 5mins to restock. They need to reassess their return policy, it's egregious.

Tile For Less is in the SoDo area and sells a huge variety of tile, flooring and countertops. They have a lot of items in stock to bring home that day while also being able to place an order sometimes for delivery and/or installation. The staff here are really nice and helpful. Parking outside only has a few spots and the road is busy, so be careful trying to find one. The prices here were better than some of the other local places, so we chose here foe our tile needs, solid choice.

Rainbow helped us make the tile selections for our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldn't have done it without her. This experience could have easily overwhelmed us but she made the decision making a pleasure. She figured out our style and narrowed down the choices for us.
