We had a horrible experience with Toth. We were new to Seattle and hired them based on reputation and reviews to complete our dream home. That they were significantly behind schedule (6+ months) and very significantly over budget was upsetting, but not completely surprising. That we had and have so many issues with communication and quality is. I strongly urge you to go elsewhere for custom building.

This is the place to go if you want an excellent craftsman contractor. Their work is legendary. They also throw the best Oktoberfest every year. I highly recommend Toth to anyone who values traditional craftsmanship and integrity from their contractor.
