I had the honor of having Lars inspect 2 houses that we were interested in and both times, he did a fantastic job doing extensive work to check everything. At the end of the inspections, he went through and walked us through the things he found and what could/should be done for each issue. If I ever need another inspection, I'll choose him in a heartbeat!

Lars is the best home inspector we could have hoped for. Punctual, professional, and extremely organized on how they present their findings in an easy to read format. I could have the very best inspector on site, and with dirt cheap pricing, useless without being able to understand what they're saying.
Lars really makes sure that every bit of info gets categorized by threat level and possible causes, and remedial solutions. This also comes with plenty of pictures to highlight said findings.
Overall my real estate agent, my cousin, and myself highly recommend Lars!

Lars was very thorough and detailed - great qualities for an inspector. He discovered an issue that I wouldn't of caught for years. Getting that addressed before closing vs. after is a thousand times easier.
I especially appreciated the time he took to answer questions, explaining things in easy to understand terminology, providing great tips and tricks for this soon to be new single family homeowner.
Highly recommended.

Our realtors contacted Lars on a Saturday about a inspection the following Monday and he accommodated in that short timeframe. His inspection was thorough and informative, and he patiently explained everything he found to us. Prompt, comprehensive, sharp, knowledgeable, friendly, patient. Lars showed up at a floating home on short notice, and spent several hours inspecting for flaws and offering detailed, thoughtful, step-by-step suggestions for remediation. When asked, Lars offered thoughts on structural changes that could be made. Lars was aware of the context presented by the presence of brokers and other inspectors on site. Generally, Lars exceeded my wildest expectations for what an inspector could offer and did so with exceptional value versus the price I paid.
