Daniel was amazing today, continuing from the excellent work provided by my former technicians. I look forward to working with Daniel again, or whomever Insight tasks with my contract since Daniel isn't local like Michael was! Daniel was well informed with my properties needs, took the time to investigate our insect situation, and discussed future needs intelligently and proactively. Kudos!
