I can't speak highly enough about this company and the crew! Our new deck is flawless! Chris was so kind and pleasant to work with, and the crew was meticulous and professional. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!
So glad we went with Outdoor Living Spaces! They were great throughout - the team did a quick demo, the project looked great, they were neat, brought their own toilet, were friendly and on-time each and every day. On top of that, they checked along the way for questions or issues, cleaned up, entirely, when done and best of al;l - the deck looks awesome!

We had two decks rebuilt, from wood to composite, and love how the decks turned out!! Within the last 9 months, we have completed about 8 house projects, coordinating with multiple contractors and Outdoor Living Spaces NW was our most favorite experience. Chris, the owner, was outstanding in his communication with me, very responsive and patient whenever I had questions. The team working on our decks were excellent as well - Jesus, Alex, Francisco, Rakesh, and Kris. A special shout out to Kris who we felt went above and beyond to help us carry out our vision of what we wanted our front deck to look like. And thank you Chris and Kris for the door transition, we are very happy with the result.

The quality of the product and workmanship was simply amazing, it has transformed our property! We hired Chris and his team to do 3 decks totaling 700 sq/ft, one was particularly complicated with lots of angles and a total rebuild of a staircase. Chris’s communication was excellent, continually keeping us up to date with progress, highly creative with various technical challenges that needed to be solved, and was cost conscious throughout. We have a further 700 sq/ft of deck replacement to do later in the year and without a doubt we will be hiring Chris and team again.

Chris and his team were great to work with. We had a full deck re-do, which turned in to a much bigger project than originally thought as we found various issues with the original deck. Chris and his team were great in helping work through the changes with us and providing solutions that kept things moving as cost and timely as possible. The final product was amazing and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A few years ago (2020) we had Chris and his team put in a deck on our condo. He did AMAZING work. Was always on time, stuck to his budget, produce a quality project. You can see my review of it below.
Fast forward to 2023 and we moved. Not very far but now we were in our own home. And we needed a deck. So we went right back to the folks at Outdoor Living Spaces NW. Chris and his bunch did another excellent job. You can see the original deck at our condo below and our new deck there as well. Again, the budget as projected was exact, the team was on time, respectful of our lives and very friendly and outgoing. Chris came by to inspect their work almost daily. They were here for 10 days and did an awesome job. Did a great job of cleaning up before they left as well. If we ever move again (I hope not) we would not hesitate to have the team from Outdoor Living Spaces do our deck.
We had Chris and his team put in a Trex deck for us and could not be happier. Yes, Trex is pretty good no matter where you get it but we were lucky enough to find Chris (his online website is outstanding) to install it. We were worried we would be low on his list of importance because to be honest our deck is fairly small. But Chris treated us like we were installing a two story deck with spa and outdoor kitchen. His crew were here on time every single day of the two week project. Chris came by to check on them every day and always checked in with me before he left to check on his next job. His workers were awesome. Always willing to discuss what they were doing and how the progress was coming. We loved that. One thing that always drives us nuts is having work done and not knowing when things are going to get finished. Chris has also been there since the job was finished if we had any questions about care or warranty.
I can't recommend Chris, Gloria (his bride who runs the business side of things) and the rest of his crew enough. They were outstanding.
