I hired Asset Roofing company they did a replacement roof. I'm happy with the quality of work they did. Asset Roofing Company's crew work together great, it's nice to see crew members that work well without any problems with each other.
My roof was a two day project they cleaned up after each day. My roof looks great so does my yard. Great company to work with . l feel l got a good price. l highly recommend Asset Roofing Company. You will be happy with them too.

I do not recommend Asset Roofing to anybody seeking roofing services in the Northwest.
I previously worked with Asset Roofing. I wrote a review previously and the company contested it, resulting in the review to be taken down.
I really want to ensure potential customers know who they’re potentially getting involved with. I don’t this company cares for their employees or their customers the way they should.
First I want to mention that many of the positive reviews on Google are written by both present and past Asset Roofing employees, at the request of the owner, Anthony. I can say this because I have proof, and because during my time working for Asset I was personally asked to do the same for them.
Second, I want to point out how incredibly unsafe the job sites are in many cases. They have accumulated over $500K in pending LNI violations (all public record). I personally visited several job sites where our safety coordinator wanted to shut the job site down due to how at risk the installers were, but was always instructed by Anthony to keep production going so the job could get finished and they could collect payment from the customer. This is a BIG liability for the homeowner.
Additionally, the owner has told myself and various project managers, about the importance of change orders even when it isn’t always necessary, to increase profitability for each job.
The owner doesn’t typically handle customer concerns or complaints with much regard for the customer. There have been many cases where customers have tried getting issues solved that have taken months upon months, even after the job is complete, just due to a lack of communication or decision making from ownership or upper management. I’ve personally (along with many other employees) tried my best to accommodate customers with justified concerns due to damage from the installers, but Anthony avoids most customer related communication altogether.
Asset’s workmanship is decent, but a quality product isn’t everything. It’s a shame that Anthony can’t always deliver on the customer experience and integrity that he sells to their customers on a consistent basis, especially when issues arise. This company claims to be an ASSET to the community. My advice, consider these factors before hiring Asset Roofing.

I can appreciate a company that communicates with their tools and resources built over decades to provide the ultimate customer experience. From start to finish Asset Roofing set my expectations and delivered above and beyond what I expected. Cheers to your team and the work performed on our Lundeen House!

I hired Asset to replace the roof of my brother. And we are thrilled with the new roof! The work is beautifully done and it has completely transformed the look of my brother's home. He was very happy. The work was done quick but the craftsmanship is outstanding. I feel confident that it will protect the house of my brother and the property for years to come. I am absolutely happy with my roof and the job completed by Asset. From the inspector who was very thorough and informative. To the crews who tirelessly ensure that my roof will look great. They are very efficient and professional. The communication was there. I would vouch for this company. If you are looking for someone who will make your dream roof. I highly recommend asset roofing. ??

Junior and Jilton. Are such a great worker . I really appreciate the roofing system. I feel very happy , secure and to have this guys to be to be part of Asset Roofing. . I defiantly recommend them to friends and family. Junior and Jilton are the best and hard to find a good worker like them.

After watching them put my neighbor's roof on, I was impressed by how clean they left the job site. I called them up and needed them to schedule me quickly so I could get the roof done before an already scheduled paint job. Art, Joyce, and Brenden, were able to accommodate. Jilten and his crew were super reliable, tidy, and did a quality job. Then Asset Roofing came back to ensure their quality met their own expectations. Awesome. I also truly appreciate their commitment to supporting veterans in the community.

Anthony Langdon and his crew did an amazing job with my roof replacement! Included are some before and after shots.
The crew was polite and efficient. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived! Thank you, Anthony and Asset Roofing, for doing a great job!
