Franky removed an old unused concrete foundation from my backyard and regraded the area. Job looks great, was done at a good price, cleanly, and quickly. Even more impressive was that he was able to fit my job in the next day after contacting him. Definitely recommend!
If you are looking for an excavation job done well at a fair price with a foreman who is good natured and communicates well, Franky's is the company you are looking for! They show up when they're scheduled and are hard at it until the job is complete and afterward the site is clean and well organized. I've hired lots of contractors of all types over my 30 years and these guys are the best! I already have them signed up for another job.

I called Frankie for a haul job of land debris and he took care of it within 48 hours. I had some very large unearthed stumps and huge sections of an old fir that was left by the previous owner. The price was very fair for the amount of material he had to haul off. One of my biggest issues with any contractor is lack of communication. Frankie is very communicative and replies very quickly. 5 out 5 stars!! Would recommend!!

Franky was great to work with. We have a large lot of which we only wanted about a third of it cleared. Lot contains large Fir trees as well as 30 years of Laurel and Ivy underbrush growth.
Our land clearing project only included the underbrush removal (including root systems), but leaving the Fir trees undisturbed. Initial bid came in over what I expected and Franky was willing to work with me on scope and price of which we finally agreed. He and his excavator operator showed up on time as scheduled and proceeded clearing 50 by 90 feet in a day. He finished with doing rough leveling of the cleared lot and cleaned up organic debris on the site as well as driveway. I was very satisfied with the final result. I would hire him again for further excavation work.

Super happy with my new extended gravel parking strip thanks to Franky’s Excavation! He came out the same day I submitted my request and had a quote for me the next day. He was very accommodating to my budget for the project and got me on his schedule within a week while getting the entire job done in a single day. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend him for all your excavation/landscaping needs.
