Totally unhappy with the double swing gate that they built for me approximately six months ago. One side was never square from the beginning, and now the imbalance is causing the lumbar to split and come apart on that side. I have since installed gate wheels in the hopes of getting a bit more life out of this gate that was not cheap to have built.

Without a doubt one of the best contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely responsive, great customer service, great quality work, and competitive pricing. Their prices were right in line with other contractors, but they easily had the best service and were the only fence company I called who was able to build our fence in a bit of a tricky spot. Every other contractor wanted us to shovel the gravel out of the way for them or needed to add additional labor by removing previously installed fencing. Contour Fence took care of everything for us, and with absolutely stellar service from beginning to end. If you're looking for a fence builder in the Puget Sound area, definitely give Contour Fence a call. Trust me. Update: Downgraded my review from 5 to 4 star. They are still great to work with and very responsive. Alison and Chris especially have been really great. But they left a cap off of one of the pillars of our fence and even though I requested twice for them to come out and install it, they still haven't. I know it's a small piece, but the small details matter. Unfinished is unfinished. And even though they did good work on the previous two fences, that small detail is enough for me to consider other fence builders when our next fence needs to be rebuilt (which will be soon).
