I'm a general contractor- client ordered Bellmont cabinets through a local supplier. We are currently on our 3rd round of replacements for multiple pieces that either left the factory with zero quality control or were damaged in shipping. Order was over $40k, and for the price I'm very unimpressed. To their credit the doors look nice (once they finally get them correct), but all the boxes, trim and shelving are MDF. I can't even imagine how much their margin is if they're having to replace and ship this many cabinets 3x without losing money. (Maybe they are?) Check your shipments carefully and get your subpar stuff fixed! Bellmont- figure it out please!

We expected much more for a $60k cabinet package for our new home. Be wary of painted black cabinets - the quality of paint is not where it should be to meet expectations- they miss many of the edges and the wood is left raw unpainted. It’s very obvious on black shaker cabinets. Also, design center included many upgrades we were unaware of and never wanted and were billed for. Product delivered with missing pieces of shelving, floating shelving brackets that builder had to have fabricated separately and anything missed or to be replaced takes weeks/months. I would not use Bellmont Cabinets or their design center partners again nor would we recommend them. Overpriced for quality we have heard is not where it used to be even a few years ago.

If you want cabinets that will last these are absolutely not the ones. They bubble up and disintegrate rapidly, If water touches the cabinets. We payed for a premium kitchen, what we got is something that we will have to replace. I was sold on the material of the cabinets because it was a stronger more resistant material because of the finishing of the product, this could not be further for the truth. We were also told that they had a guarantee, however, whenever you try to redeem this to replace the cabinet front, they tell you if it is water damage then the warranty doesn’t exist. It’s impossible to have cabinets under a sink, a utility room, or a bathroom and expect to never get water on them. I guess you’re not even allowed to clean your cabinets with water because this alone can create damage. Run from this product, find a craftsman in your area to make you solid wood cabinets, it will be worth it. Otherwise, go to IKEA they will last longer than Bellmont cabinets.

We recently purchased a $60k+ cabinet package of Bellmont cabinets from Showroom Interior Solutions. We went with Bellmont because they offered HDF doors and would color match the Sherwin Williams white paint that we were painting our trim. They sell the fact they can match existing trim so we thought it would be extra easy to match new paint. Not the case. They sent us a sample that when placed next to the Sherwin Williams color wheel, looked great. But when they were installed and then finally uncovered after the interior was painted, the cabinets are 3 different colors and only a couple of cabinet trim pieces match the house trim. We were shocked and had them come out. They said that the ‘majority’ of the cabinets are the same color and that’s what we have to live with. They then told us that they add varnishes and other additives to the paint so it changes it a bit. I told them it isn’t color matching to start with the right color and change it to something else by adding stuff. I told them that if they need to add something that is colored, they should factor that into the color mix so that the FINAL color matches. It’s a nightmare and now we have to live with a wall of white cabinets touching a wall of shiplap painted in the Sherwin Williams color and they do not match. There should be a class action for false advertising a color matching program that does NOT MATCH. Also, there were no detailed schematics of the pieces, not even a picture to reference nor a name or even room they go to. So there was guess work and added difficulty. All we got was a small .pdf that could not be resized so we could not read where part number labels overlapped. There were incorrect cabinet sizes and different colors. Aside from the cabinet issues themselves, Showroom Interior Solutions completely sides with Bellmont so it was us vs both the retailer and the cabinet company. Showroom Interiors had a very condescending attitude. I guess they are the professionals and we just meager customers should know that a color matching program doesn’t really match the color. If they told us to scrutinize the sample because additives they use can change the color, we would have color matched their color and painted the trim the Bellmont color. And how did they get some of the pieces the right color? They don't have an answer. We are not worth it to them.

The best professional! We built 14 townhouses and ordered kitchen and bathroom cabinets from this company. I want to highlight that we discussed the design in great detail, considering our non-standard project, and they offered the best price we could find in Seattle. Highly recommend to everyone. ???
