My favorite flooring store. Great selection and a very good demo area for generating ideas (or simply great designs to copy). They generally have a solid amount of stock on a wide variety of tiles, wood/vinyl flooring and all of the adhesives, grouts, and trim bits to being it all together.

Choices are tremendous. Lots of price points. Customer service when have to order something that's low or out of stock is lacking. No call backs when promised, product not available when promised, changing stories with each person l talked to. I finally thought to ask if anyone had checked the floor stock. Guess what there was plenty available in store, that is how l eventually got our order filled.

This store always has the friendliest people working and I appreciate that. Took a trip to the tukwila store because tacoma store didn't have stock of something, and it was terrible there. I will definitely stick to the Tacoma location. Whoever is in charge there is doing a fantastic job with who they hire and how they are trained to treat their customers.

We have been to the Tacoma store twice. Both times we were helped and given good advice. Ozzie was great and carried the heavy tile boxes to our car and loaded them for us. The first time we were helped by an associate who was Korean. I can not remember his name but I looked for him when we went again because he was so kind and helpful.

My wife and I did a full remodel of a master Bathroom. It was a rather extensive project with multiple layers of electrics, plumbing windows. We visited the Tacoma floor and decor location and were extremely pleased with the amount of selection and helpful people there. A huge shout out to Caleb there. In multiple occasions he was extremely helpful navigating us through the Kerdi system, how it works and what was needed. On our final visit to actually purchase all materials needed, he spent an enormous amount of time ensuring that we not only had the right product, but also sufficient quantities. Definitely went above and beyond. We really appreciated his support.

This is our favorite place to get tile and flooring! We live over an hour away but happened to be in the neighborhood and noticed that they were closing in 2 minutes. We literally just wanted to run in and take a couple of photos of some wood flooring, so though we knew it would only take a few seconds, we were worried they would not let us in. Staff smiled and didn't even mention they were closing soon, and even as we were going up to the samples, a salesperson approached us and asked if we needed help without mentioning they were closing either. On our way out, we asked the cashier if there was going to be a sale since it was a holiday weekend, and though they weren't having one, they told us about a couple specials they have going on (like flooring of the week). On top of all this they have pretty good selection and great prices. Looking forward to coming back when we have more time and buying our flooring!

I started a full remodel of my home earlier this year that lasted up to the beginning of fall. I have made multiple trips here and not one time was I ever disappointed in the products or service I received. I purchased tiling materials for all three bathrooms in my home, including a laundry room; and I have been completely satisfied overall. The return for materials I didn't use was hassle-free, and every visit I made I was assisted in transporting tile and ledger stone to my vehicle. For our recent bathroom project we had a particular staff member by the name of Jay who assisted us and was simply great! He matched patterns for us that were fresh and modern. My wife loved went with his recommendations and loved it. He even knew exactly how much tile our bathroom needed including the enclosed niche. I had a lot of referrals for tiling and flooring companies, but in the end, Floor and Decor stood out among them all. I would be visiting them again for my deck and patio projects, and I highly recommend them for anyone that's doing the same!

A great place for a large selection of tile and flooring options. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. It can be a little overwhelming to look at all the options so definitely allot a bit of time for walking around and looking through their clearance options.
