Every person in this organization makes it a priority to provide the absolute best service to the client's needs. From the very first phone call by Randy on a Sunday morning, to the same day visit by Logan to prepare us for the process about to unfold. What process you ask...our dock on Gig Harbor Bay was completely destroyed by a 70 ton yacht that got caught in a crazy strong current. The process for a replacement is a grueling one which requires no less than 4 permits. And who do they have on that process....no other than the tenacious Tabitha. Tabitha leaves no stone unturned in fighting the multiply layers of bureaucracy. Outstanding!!
