The PNW crew we had was fast friendly and hardworking. The got the job done efficiently and everything come to the new location in good shape. Couldn’t have asked for more. They were the best crew I’ve have move me so far.
I hired PNW for my move from Tacoma to Gig Harbor. The crew I had was Marcus, T, and John. What a great team. They worked hard, fast and efficient. I hate moving but this company made it a much better experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dmitriy and his coworker did an incredible job. They safely, speedily, and efficiently moved several heavy items for me and the price was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this team. Shout-out to Lisa, who I spoke to on the phone, who basically walked me through every step and was great at communication and keeping me informed. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, so thanks a ton to the people at PNW movers, y'all were the least stressful part of my move.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They sent 2 of the slowest movers I've ever seen. They moved a 1 bd apt in 8 HOURS. That's insane! They will milk the clock so they can charge you more. I literally had to tell the guys to go faster and they just ignored me.
In one hour, to a 2nd floor apt where the walk was less than 100 ft from the truck to the door, they moved in 1 chair, 1 small standing desk and 5 boxes. You can't tell me they weren't milking the clock to get more $! Pictures will show you how terrible of a job they did. They didn't wrap our mattress enough so it was soaked from sitting in the rain for who knows how long. Fragile boxes were just thrown places and stacked with heavy boxes on top of them. My TV was completely exposed on the back and not wrapped properly. At one point, I had to ask where the 2nd guy was bc I hadn't seen him in an hour.
The 2nd part of this (and perhaps the worst part of it) is the owner, Dmitriy Satir. I called the office (which is closed on the weekends by the way - no one on call - no supervisor to reach DURING my move which is not professional or industry standard) and left multiple voicemails and sent more than one email with pictures to their generic email address. No personal email or phone number to contact them directly. They wouldn't want you to be able to do that! My move was on a Saturday so when Monday afternoon rolls around and I still hadn't heard a single word from them, I decided to call again. I finally get an answer after trying 3-5 times and Lisa, the front desk lady, proceeded to tell me that they had, in fact, discussed my situation in their morning meeting and that Dmitriy would get back to me this afternoon with an email. AN EMAIL?! After your employees destroyed my things and charged me $1400 for a 1bd move that didn't even include packing, unpacking, or setting anything up. Short of one TV that needed to be dismounted, they literally just loaded and unloaded. 8 hours. I worked in the moving industry for 3 years and this move should've taken 6 hours tops. But they were slow and didn't care.
So imagine the level of anger I achieved when I learned the "owner" was too scared to handle his business and hid behind his email address. If you weren't in the wrong, why ignore me for so long and not call me? He never actually picked up the phone and talked to me but then he offered me $100 to cover the cost of my destroyed mattress. He hides behind his "customer service" email bc he's too concerned about making videos and podcasts about an industry he clearly knows nothing about.
So of course I was furious for being treated this way and was very vocal about it bc they literally told me they ignored me and then tried to gaslight me into thinking I'm the crazy, irrational one when it's my things that I'm paying $1400 for HIS employees to destroy. Anyone would be mad if there was no ownership of the mistake and then was deliberately ignored for days. Had I not reached out, they would've avoided me forever. Try avoiding this guys!!

Ryan, Vlad, Ymani were awesome! It’s always nerve wrecking when trying to find high quality movers, and PNW Movers exceeded my expectations. They made the whole process from coming out to quote, to turnover day seamless. Ryan, Vlad, Ymani were professional, funny, and easy to work with. PNW Moving and Delivery went above and beyond during a challenging time for our family. With little time to plan due to a medical emergency, their team took charge of the coordination, packing, and moving with professionalism and precision. Handling 5 moves to 3 locations, they exceeded our expectations. PNW not only made the process smooth but also proved to be a wise and worthwhile investment. A huge thank you to Paul and the entire PNW crew for their exceptional and friendly approach, making our move stress-free. I cannot recommend their services enough!

I contacted PNW Moving and Delivery last minute to help move quite a few desktop computers and monitors. They were able to schedule me in quickly same day. The team that showed up was right on time and followed my instructions and guidance. I will definitely use them when I need to move again.
