Zack H. did a fantastic job yesterday! Took down webs, and even a paper wasp nest from our eaves. And of course sprayed. Very thorough and personable! Highly recommend. The prices are great and the service was excellent.
Torrey came in and sprayed around the house and inside was very professional and explained how the process works. I’m happy with the service and will continue to do service with this company. Would definitely recommend.

I had Zachary Hogue come by for our last treatment for pest control. He was very thorough and made sure we were 100% taken care of before leaving our house. Refreshing to see a service pro and company prioritizing great service.

Nick & Tristan were great! Super friendly and cheerful. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and courteous. Gave the puppy some loves, and weren't bothered by the kid-mess. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for pest control.

Bulwark has been providing our pest control at our home for a few years. They come several times a year and spray for spiders, etc. They do an excellent job.
Zackary Hogue was our technician today and he provided great service! He checked in briefly at the beginning of service to ask if I had specific concerns. He was polite, attentive and very willing to address the areas I requested.
He was observant and knocked down the wasp nest he discovered.
At the end of service, he texted me a photo of his work. This is a nice feature. When they do a service when I’m away from the house, a texted photo demonstrating his visit helps put my mind at ease.

Brandon R. with Bulwark Tacoma did a great job! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! Brandon explained the process of what the ants would end up doing and he was correct! I haven’t seen the little buggers since they chowed down on the bait! This was an extra service call as they come out every couple of months to spray and keep spiders away. I haven’t had any issues with ants in the past. All of a sudden I was seeing the ants and called. Bulwark Tacoma came out with no extra charge. They really do back up their guarantee. I have used the company for a few years now in two separate homes. I am very pleased with their service! In the pic they congregated at the bait then took it back to their buddys. Yay Brandon!

We were fortunate to have Andrew service our property again. We like that he’s so familiar with the structures and all the places little pesky critters like to hide.
Again, Andrew was very timely and communicative and was very thorough in treating our property and checking and refilling our bait stations. We have a lot of foliage on a quarter acre so it’s quite a job to hit all the spots, especially to control the spiders. Andrew always does a great job.

Absolutely terrible service. When I made the appointment with Bulwark for spider control, I specifically mentioned that I want to de-web my backyard. The person who came in for service for the first time explicitly said they do not do de-webbing of the backyard. So basically I was misled to begin with. The service person when requested went in the backyard and came out within 2 mins. None of the webs were removed. When I called the customer service on the same day, they called the service person who was still outside my home. The person knocked and confronted me that I complained.
Their customer service apologized and scheduled a second appointment. The person came in an hour early and did not have the professional courtesy to call. I wasn't home at the time, and the person left without doing anything and charged me for it.
Bulwark does not have a communication channel between their service folks and customer support. Any notes the customer support folks make on your account will not be communicated with the service folks. You'll be left scrambling and begging them to do what you're paying for. I immediately cancelled my services with them.
To be fair, the customer support people are nice and offered to help. But I don't think I have any trust in whether their service folks be able to actually do the job I have requested.
