Can’t recommend this business enough! We had countertops installed 4 years ago and had them cut an extra piece I turned into a “lazy susan” for a wine barrel table that turned out great. Today I called to see about trimming ~1/2” off the edge of one of the previously installed countertops to make room for a slightly larger refrigerator. I expected to wait weeks to have it done but they came out within an hour and had it completed in no time! Great workers - Thank you!

We needed a new hole cut in our quartz countertop for a new sink. The old undermount sink needed to be removed too. The techs arrived yesterday about 8:20 and finished before 10:00. Everything came out perfect and they were fast! There was only ½” overlap around the sink to work with but the new sink fit in like a glove. They cleaned up after the work and we loved that they used a “tent” around the work area. We felt taken care of by professionals. The countertops were originally installed by Contour too and we love them. Highly recommend.

We’ve had nothing but excellent communication, quality service, and rapid response from Contour. They were on time for their appointments. Tricia (sp?) answered all of our questions when she measured, even helped us find a fantastic new sink! Leonard in the shop was awesome in helping us do the layout, was personable, and reassured us as to the process. They cut and installed according to our timeline - we may have rushed them a bit. The installers were amazing! Really friendly and my kitchen was cleaned before they left. I was a little worried with all the negative reviews, but we got gorgeous granite AND excellent service. I would recommend Contour any day!

I will NEVER use contour again. My husband and I didn't have a choice to use them since we did our whole kitchen remodel through lowes. The lady that came out to measure was extremely rude to me and treated me like an idiot. Fast forward a week and the countertops are installed (the guys were very professional and did a good job) but later that night my husband asks why they didn't cut a hole for the garbage disposal button. I wasn't aware they had to, so we called to ask and now we have to pay them to come back and do it when they should've done it in the first place.
