Was cut off by one of their vans today. Almost caused a serious accident on I-5 because the moron behind the wheel could not yield to traffic and wait for his turn to merge. Someone doing this in his employer’s van with its corporate branding on the side clearly seems to care as much about his job as he cares about other people’s safety on the road. Called their office to let them know that their employees are driving like maniacs. No one called back. Clearly no one cares there. This suggests a greater lack of professionalism with how they run their business that should give potential customers pause.

Our apartment building has our sprinklers and alarms checked by cosco which meant having cosco technician having to come into each apartment to check the sprinklers. When it came to my apartment they we incessantly ringing the doorbell and knocking from the start and then tried barging into my private room (they were knocking WHILE trying to open my door). Luckily I had the door locked. If I hadn’t, this man would’ve walked in on me changing. Extremely uncomfortable. I do not recommend this service

On July 20th, my husband and I were driving on 405 preparing to move into the right lane and take the 167 south exit. Although there was about 70 feet behind us, there was a Cosco Fire Protection technician driving a white pickup with license CO6649S driving along side of us. From his vantage point, he could clearly see our car. Abruptly the technician pulled over into our lane and would have hit the middle of our car if we hadn't pulled into the far right lane. We honked and the technician looked directly at us, and then made another abrupt lane change forcing us onto the shoulder and braking to avoid an accident. When we were both on 167, the driver gleefully grinned and waved aggressively while the person in the passenger seat was crouched down below the dashboard or was a small child. The actions of the technician were intentionally aggressive and his driving so dangerous that I called the number on the back of his truck, and asked for a call back. No one at Cosco Fire called back. So you tell me, do you want an aggressive technician who demonstrates delight with getting away with intentionally dangerous behavior, apparently sanctioned by management, working on your fire protection?
