Excellent service!! Called and the very next morning, Jake came. Very patiently answered all my questions about my 12 month contract. Very reasonable!! Very polite, with a hand shake and good eye contact, which is important to me. Great job Jake can't wait to see you again.
Ever since we started using your service we've had little to know problem with any kind of bug. The only ones that have been persistent are those little black ants. But whenever I see them I'll let you guys know and you deal with it quickly.

I recently purchased a home and don’t know if the home had ever been treated before. I started noticing ants in my bathroom around 3 weeks in and carpenter ants eating away at my exterior trim on week four.
I called Pointe Pest because of their great reviews and someone was out within a few hours assessing what was needed and what would work best for our home. I thought I had termites but they were versed enough to assess that they were not termites and in fact carpenter ants… good news was that treatment also costs less… Wins so far.
We have grandkids, pets and we love pollinators. They promised to use products that were safe or placed in places where it wouldn’t be a problem for any of them. I signed the dotted line and scheduled a service the following day.
Jake came out and was very professional and also knocked down cob webs and wasp nests to ensure maximum treatment.
Service was excellent, my only concern was that they didn’t spray super heavily, but he said the product doesn’t need to be heavy. They come back in 30 days for a follow up treatment and if anything happens between now and then; 1 call and they promise to be back out to resolve any bug issues. Happy with the folks, happy with the price and so far so good everywhere else.

Forrest is amazing! If you get lucky enough to have him, he knows so much - maybe too much if that’s a thing. Takes his time treating your home and explaining everything he did. The company in a while has gone downhill in the last year! Impossible to reach! But again - they have great techs! Thank you Forrest!!! You are why I don’t leave!

Forrest was very kind and polite and made sure that we were all set up with fresh bait stations to finish off our ant problem. We're been very happy with the quality of service from the technicians at Pointe Pest Control :)

Awesome tech! Knew his stuff and anticipated most of my questions! Worked with other companies, but by far this was my best experience! Was even able to explain to my kids how their actions effects the whole house!

Pointe has been great for us. They spray and clean under the eaves quarterly. Forrest was a great technician. Very good communication and made sure the job was done to our sarisfaction.

Great work on the part of the tech. He appeared very thorough and I could tell was paying attention and not just going through the motions. As for overall service, I have had an ant problem since before I started using your services (roughly two years now). I still have that problem. Is there anything stronger you can use? They are relentless.

On time.wich is a huge deal for us.Knowlegable,professional but laid back,quick but assertive,This is a first time and like everything I allways say the first time is allways good but we will.put our faith in this company that they will continue to provide the service they promised to do.
