Anderson Glass can replace the double pane window units, without having to replace the entire widow and framing. This is a great way to repair broken seals without breaking the bank. They were prompt, courteous, and always professional. Great customer service and great pricing. Thank you Anderson Glass!

We had a window get broken at our business and needed it sealed up same day. They sent out an estimator almost immediately to get it measured. Luckly, they had the glass in stock and were able to get it installed that afternoon. Great service and excellent communication the whole way through. Thanks you guys!

Anderson glass is my go to for any window issues. They have replaced multiple windows/window glass in my house. I was a real estate broker for many years and used Anderson Glass for all of my listings too. They are friendly, professional and fast. I highly recommend this company!

As a envelope consultant on a restoration project where we encounter windows installed by Anderson Glass Co on several units, I would be very wary of contracting with a company that sells and installs insert windows(flangeless windows). The installations I have reviewed by Anderson Glass are not installed to AAMA/FGIA or IRC standards. Most contractors install replacement windows do so by tearing out the originally installed flanged windows in pieces without removal of the siding materials. This may damage the water resistant barrier around the windows as the nails installed through the flanges are torn out. New flangeless replacement windows are then pushed into place securing them with screws installed through the sides of the jambs with little or no concern for the interface to the water resistant barrier of the wall system. Backer rod filler to help reduce sealant use may be inserted around the windows between the window frames and the siding, and a sealer is applied between the window and the siding or trim. Because siding is not removed there is no access to integrate flashings to the existing water resistant barrier wall waterproofing. Why don’t installers remove the siding? Because, depending upon siding materials, the removal of the siding can double their cost of window replacement, or more, and may result in appearance issues if patching of the siding is not well performed. It is generally not possible to reliably install a flashing detail between the windows and waterproofing of the wall system in most sidings without removal of the siding at the window due to a lack of clearance to access the water resistant barrier in the middle of the wall materials layup. Most replacement window installations I have observed do not meet code requirements for window installation in the IRC 703.1, 703.2, or 703.8 which can result in serious leaks into the building. We frequently see such installations because many contractors do not obtain permitting through the city and as a result no inspections by the city or a qualified envelope consultant take place. Anderson windows was unwilling to help the homeowner's where the windows were installed outside of the code requirements.

Recently, we replaced our front door, door hardware and decided it was time to replace the glass in our side light windows. As you can see on the "Before" photo the glass was clear and created a lot of glare from the sun. Additionally, the grids didn't do anything for us. For these reasons, we wanted to have rain glass installed to provide us a with a modern look that created privacy AND we wanted the glass to be tempered, UV coated and Low-E. This is a VERY custom order and we spent a lot of time calling window and glass companies all over the Portland Metro Area. When we called Anderson Glass, we were immediately speaking with a knowledgable professional who KNEW right away what we wanted to achieve. We explained to the representative that we were having difficulty and she assured us that they would be able to get the job done quicker than the 9 weeks we were given by another Glass Company in Vancouver. The next day the owner came out to measure the glass himself. My husband and I were so impressed that the owner took time out of his busy day to come measure the glass on such a small job. The custom glass was installed in less than one week of our initial inquiry/estimate. We have attached the photos of the final product for clarity and review purposes (please pardon our mess as we are continuing to remodel). Anderson Glass Company is reasonably priced and their glass products are high quality. Their team is knowledgable, professional, quick and have excellent follow through and communication skills. We are very pleased to have found Anderson Glass Company and are grateful and loyal customers for life! We would HIGHLY recommend Anderson Glass Company! To The Team At Anderson Glass Company; Thank you so much for our amazing custom glass windows!
