Our Portland home and detached garage had old, painted cedar shingles that needed to be replaced. Knowing siding would be a big investment, we were wary of our lack of knowledge / confidence going into quoting. After quoting multiple contractors, KVN stood heads above the rest. Knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and fair, after a detailed inspection we received a comprehensive quote with all options priced out, which gave us confidence in choosing the exact scope of our project. I would happily recommend this family owned business to others! The project is ongoing but I’ll post pictures of the job when complete.

KVN did an excellent job replacing our roof, damaged decking, and gutters. They applied new siding and painted the whole house to update our 1978 house. Their foreman and his crew were quick, friendly and tidy. Would highly recommend them!

I contacted 3 other contractors and Oleg and his team were professional, and responsive each step of the way. They were priced competitively and reasonable for the work performed. The KVN team that did our siding were pleasant to work with, cleaned up each day, and did a great job. I would use KVN again for future jobs at our Portland home.
