Straightline did a great job. Tim managed the project and his communication was the best I've experienced. I highly recommend them!
I bought my first home in May of 2023 and it was in dire need of new windows (it had the original single pane, aluminum framed windows that were installed when the unit was built in 1978). I got three quotes and although StraighLine wasn't strictly the 'cheapest' I felt most comfortable with the level of service Tim and his team told me they'd supply - and boy did they deliver!
There was a slight snafu with getting my actual Milguard windows delivered, and Tim showed up at my house WELL before the scheduled install date to help soothe the issue and find a solution on where to store the windows before they could be installed.
The actual install took two days and Scott and his team were professional, diligent, and didn't rush the job (came back a second day to complete the project and do touch up painting, clean the glass, etc). They were so kind and so easy to work with - I highly recommend StraighLine if you need new windows!

Straight Line Exteriors has been amazing. Their slogan “Excellence Around Every Corner” could not be stated better. We are remodeling an apartment complex with 17 total buildings. There was a lot more siding repair needed than what was initially bid, but they were more than fair on the cost of the additional repairs. They were very thorough and they made sure to get approval for each additional repair before starting work. They went above and beyond what I was expecting in each repair. Their project managers and their on site workers were all very clean and professional. They are the only exterior repair company I would use in the state. Everything about them has been fantastic and I am extremely satisfied with their end product.

If you want to know if I’d recommend this company for siding work the answer is yes! If you want more read on.
This was my experience trying to find a siding contractor in 2023.
Contractor one: said he wasn’t interested and my idea was dumb. Seriously not even kidding.
Contractor two: wanted the job but was more focused on his sales pitch and trying to upsale me on expanding the scope of work, very pushy wanting me to commit right then and there and write a half down check in the spot. Also that company is still living off the covid boom because he said they don’t take jobs under 10k. Unfortunately for companies like that, Is they’ll get a rude awaking when they realize the days of endless spending are gone and you need to be competitive again to succeed. Many more red flags but Anyways it was a easy pass on this company.
Third contractor: straight line, Tim came out to give me a bid on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. When I explained what I wanted and what my options where he said a ton! That was pleasing to hear compared to the last to interactions with previous companies. He showed me and my wife some cool ideas that weren’t even on my radar. Which we ended up using! Tim is not your typical salesman, he was cool, collected and knowledge. Not pushy at all And easy to work with. After a couple back and forths we finally agreed on a design (he used a Computer program to simulate what it will look like when finished) and set a date, they had a cancellation and where able to get us in sooner which is a plus cause we were excited to start. We actually decided to extend the scope of our work ourselves cause the pricing from straight line was competitive and overall vide was right. When you let the customer decide what he wants on his own you’re more likely to get a bigger job out of it, when someone try to sell me something I wasn’t even inquiring about I instantly shut it down, but thanks Tim being so chill and not pushy it made it easy to decide.
Now on to the actual work done, these guys are quick and skilled. They know what they’re doing and use top notch materials. For example, they replaced the frame of my garage which was originally pine and used cedar, which is more durable and way more expensive. This was a unexpected upgrade and goes to show they don’t use the cheapest material even when the customer is expecting it. They cleaned up great everyday, tarpped the whole driveway to make sure prefect cleanup at the end of the day! They also brought in a portable bathroom so the homeowner doesn’t have to let guys in and out all day to use yours. Also not that important to the job but I noticed they actually used the tarp over there trailer when they where done, drives me nuts seeing trailers with built in tarps that are never used. Just goes to show they take there time and do things right. There was only on small issue, the crew trampled a couple flowers in our small garden bed, they weren’t expensive or nothing too fancy but my wife planted them and they still had plenty of life left and we had to end up digging them out and tossing them. Maybe next time ask if they can be removed and replanted since it was a high traffic area.
Thanks for doing a great job face lifting my house!

Excellent service and communication. The work they did was id say a 4/5 but anything i had an issue with or questions about it was handled polite and professionally. Paint was quick and well done. Only gripe I have was they setup a sawhorse on the yard to work, while they did a good job cleaning up, cutting the cement based siding killed some of the grass. On the plus side i mentioned this to them ans they added it to a list of things to do at future jobs by puting a tarp down. I would hire them again.
