Brent was pleasant and also fixed the water leakage from the bottom of my mini-split unit. He repositioned the condensate line to allow water to flow continuously downward and out. He took and showed me pictures of the line in my attic. He stayed awhile to see if leaking stopped (no leaking so far!). Very helpful. Thanks!

I had a short in the line between the house and the well pump so I called them to come out and inspect the line to determine the location of the short. I was told they had had equipment to perform such work. The electrician comes out and says that the control box had been wired wrong. He rewired it, then went to the well head and tested the lines, reporting that we had good power at the well head, but that the pump was dead. I call a different company to replace the well pump and when they arrived they immediately reported that the electrician had wired the control box incorrectly. We have a 3 wire pump that he basically hooked up as a 2 wire setup, bypassing the control box and sending 240 down to the well pump which immediately fried it. So, not only did they not perform the work that I had initially requested, but they cost me $2300 to replace a well pump. I called to complain with management but they were "all in training" and have yet to call me back a day later. 100% avoid. Update: They were very transparent and worked with me in a timely manner in order to rectify the issue. I sincerely do appreciate their accountability.
