Ibrahim helped us every step of the way and it took months for the insurance company to pay! We had about 1600 sq ft of hardwood and 400 sq ft of carpet and it was beautifully done! The hardwood install only took 3 full days to complete and we were totally impressed along the way. We choose to replace some of our carpeted area with hardwood and are thrilled with the results. He provided some great referrals for the carpentry and painting that I wanted. Devin at Kendall Properties met all my carpentry needs plus helped me with some maintenance I needed. I hadn't painted for years and Andy referred my to Martin from MJ Painting who turned my painting around in no time at all. All of my contacts with Builders and these other companies were absolutely great. I really appreciated the design help I was given. I was also happy with all the products I used. Up until a week ago, I owned a house in north Seattle for 22-years. It had been a rental for the past 16-years and when I decided last year to sell it my realtor and I talked it over and decided that it would be worthwhile to remodel the old kitchen given the very dated condition of the kitchen and strong market conditions. I mentioned remodeling the kitchen to a friend of mine and he recommended Andy Anderson & Builders Interiors in Woodinville for countertops and flooring. I reached out to Andy and started working with him right away. I had a great experience working with Andy and all his crews, which is saying a lot b/c not all of the contractors working on the project would I want to work with again. Andy really knows his stuff and was able to help me and my wife make good, economical decisions around countertops, backsplash and flooring for a kitchen that was original circa 1946. Fortunately, Andy and his team were flexible for scheduling the phases of work b/c it simply took much longer than I originally anticipated (like that never happens!) and Andy and his project manager were able to adjust to meet my schedule. All of the teams that came in to install each piece were very good, fast and did their work beautifully and correctly on the first trip. Best of all, the prices for each element (countertops, backsplash, flooring) were quite reasonable. I attribute their work, my work and the impeccable staging to having received 11 offers one week after we put it on the market! The next time I need countertops or the other items they sell, I will go see Andy Anderson first and that's the recommendation I make to you. See Before/After photos below. Thanks again, Andy!
