KrisCo installed our new pool last summer and we decided to go with their weekly maintenance team instead of our prior pool cleaners. I am so thrilled with how Chema has cleaned our pool all year, he shows up every Wednesday as scheduled, is very efficient, and we have not had one issue. The pool looks amazing every day!
This is my first season being Chair of our condominium pool commmittee and what a pleasant surprise to have so many friendly and helpful people working at Krisco pools for a newbie!. Shari has been so patient with my many questions. Thank you. Not sure what we would do without Chema who comes weekly. Chema cleans and tends to our chemicals. He is here like clockwork every Tuesday. Chema is very dependable. I am comfortable texting him and he is quick to respond. Chema makes sure the water level is where it should be, always picks up nicely and makes sure our chemicals are in stock. There are many more people to praise, so Thank you all.

This review is specifically for the maintenance crew at KRISCO. Our maintenance tech Chema has been fantastic over the years. He consistently does a great job, is reliable with a stellar work ethic, and very attentive to customer service. On top of that, he is just a great person! We feel so lucky that he is our maintenance tech!

We recently shifted my pool maintenance contract from AquaQuip to KrisCo. We inherited AquaQuip from the previous owner and had them for about 3 years and I consistently had issues with how the pool was cleaned and mud and tree seeds not being vacuumed regularly or even at pool opening in Spring. Post shift, I am thrilled to see the results where the pool hasn't looked this clean and sparkling in the 3 years I've had the house. Anely was extremely detail oriented and though, taking time to skim, vacuum, brush sides and steps and make a log of what chemicals were added. Instead of leaving a few chemical containers strewn around the pool pump, she requested access to garage storage and neatly stacked all the chemicals that were brought in bulk for future use. She genuinely was concerned about the aesthetics of even the hidden portions behind the fence near the pool and ensured it didn't look haphazard and dirty unlike in the past when I often found containers of chemicals strewn around by previous company's maintenance tech. It suffices to say, I am extremely impressed with the quality of service and thoroughness of the maintenance department and especially Anely and wish I had made this switch a long time ago.
As for Krisco in general and how I came in contact with them - After nearly 10 years of age; as pool parts needed replacement or broke, I usually ended up asking my pool maintenance company for quotes. The quotes and prices of equipment seemed off based on prices on the internet as did the service fees and time taken to schedule. As I was shopping around, KirsCo quotes and dates for replacement were in days and about 60% of what AquaQuip quoted. Based on that I had them replace a heat pump. Subsequently this pattern continued with pool cover cleaning, cover box cleaning, and recently pool pump replacement over the last 3 years. Sharie at the service department was especially helpful and quick to follow up and send text, phone, and email-based updates and always responded within the day and managed to get work scheduled in 2-3 business days. The service professionals who came to do the work were extremely professional, patient, and courteous and took time to explain the work and settings and the intent and "Why" behind the settings. On the last visit to replace the pool pump, Kevin continued this track record for quality of service. This prompted the shift of the maintenance contract to KrisCo too and I am glad I did that.

Belmont Place Apartments- We contracted KrisCo to resurface our swimming pool at the Belmont and they did an amazing job! They were very professional, respectful, and handled the job in a timely fashion per the contract. Every one from the construction crew to the office staff were very helpful in answering questions and making sure we were up-to-date on the process. KrisCo will be handling all our swimming pool needs going forward and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a swimming pool contractor.
