Did a phenomenal job of moving and loading items. Did everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend them.
Hard workers for a very fair price. Also, they were friendly and very polite. They best thing was that they treated our possessions carefully and did not break anything. I would recommend them and definitly use them again.

Could not be more impressed! They were early, prepared, organized, and professional. They were fast, efficient, and showed incredible team skills and problem solving capabilities. Not only that, but they were so kind and respectful and friendly! They were very careful with our home and belongings. Delivered everything safely and worked so incredibly hard to do so. Our cross-state move was effortlessly smooth and these guys can truly be fully trusted. Would hire again in a heartbeat. We are so thankful for this company, the owner, and his employees.

In & Out Moving service was very professional, courteous and on time. Henry and his team were calm and not rushed to ensure that I stayed calm and stress free. They made sure that everything that was moved was put in the appropriate rooms of my new home. I'll definitely us this company again. Great service!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ????? First, hired three men, at an extra fee, two showed and still tried to charge the extra. Was charged for a half hour while one waited for the second to even show up.

The follow up comments they made to my review, are far fetched, other than yes, I hope to deter people from having to go through what I am. And yes, they had one job to do, secure the load! A successful move begins with how things are packed! This company doesn’t train who they’ve hired or even supply proper equipment for them. That’s all the proof he needs and he doesn’t care to listen so as not to repeat. But, no effort was made to wrap these items with the dozens of furniture blankets provided, leaving ample leftovers. They didn't use any of the straps I provided either, just hid them behind a box. Delicate items such as this, we're gone over with them prior to packing. Example: a very large glass top from an $1800 coffee table was put between another hard surface piece of furniture and the bbq (on wheels) ? and not in between the mattresses as we discussed. They didn't even know to pack heavy boxes underneath lightweight ones, as boxes were literally crushed. I'm just thankful that I packed all of the wall art in our personal vehicles and did my own packing of the boxes that made it through. The driver, was my husband, who has his CDL for larger trucks than this, and the cargo was everything WE owned and PAID for...certainly things we care about and we're in perfect condition prior to this move. Wasn’t it their job to pack for traveling across state, would they have made a difference had I hired them for it? The company who unloaded, was notably more professional...witness to the mistakes they made and their complete disregard.
This company did nothing but ignore me and the ATTORNEY GENERALS office assisting in mediation (yes, he was informed it was coming). I am still in the process of repair, one said they could not match the damage and or repair the center support. I'm waiting for the next company and word from Macys on the support replacement, before I can take with me, a final quote to go back across state and file in small claims.
Also, they don't use contracts, as he was quick to note to me, that we didn't even have proof he was there...other than the texts I said, that’s when he then hung up on me and ceased contact... that comment should scare anyone away! If they had insurance then where is the claim? If he was really helping, he would be paying for the quotes. Instead, he just wants to come on here in hopes of you believing his excuses. This only furthers my opinion of whether he (Henry Zabala) deserves anyones business, let alone their trust. Call him and he'll explain? Goodness, just call someone else! And if you've had previous issues with them, call me, I will be a character witness if you decide to do the same. It’s not revenge to seek reimbursement for faulty services…it’s business.

I just had a fantastic move! The price was reasonable, and not a surprise, the movers, Alfonso and Anderson, were punctual, hard workers, professional, and friendly! I moved from Selah to Olympia, it took 2 days, between my apartment move and my storage unit move, and the experience was a great one. Highly recommended
