We’ve used house of flooring twice now and both times they have been great to work with! Jasmine M. helped us this time and she was very informative and helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our daughter’s bedroom. Carpet came in fast, install was great by Bryce. Couldn’t be happier with our experience! Would definitely recommend Jasmine and HOF again!
We are very pleased with the tile backsplash and how it elevates the look of our kitchen. Pamela helped me select a tile that complements our quartz countertops. Alex did a great job placing the tile so it enhances the beauty of the tile. Alex and his team professionally installed and finished the job in a timely manner. We highly recommend Pamela and Alex at House of Flooring.

We were very happy with our experience with the staff at House of Flooring. Pamela the sales representative was very helpful. It was not difficult at all in making the best decision for our family room. The gentlemen who installed our carpet were professional and did a great job.

We have had a great experience with House of Flooring. We have had commercial projects and in home projects and they were fabulous. Very nice flooring installers and Marissa, the designer is fantastic. The quality of the carpet is really good as well. We had LVP done on some floors and side walls and everyone who sees it, loves it.

Marissa did a great job in helping me with my flooring needs. She was very patient with me regarding my questions and made several trips to my house with different floor samples and helped me pick out the one best for my home. I am happy with the flooring and truly appreciated all of Marissa’s efforts.

Marissa works with our contractor and helped us pick out shower tile and flooring for bathrooms, wood laminate flooring for kitchen, living room, hallway and entryway. We liked her so much that we went to her for carpet for bedrooms and family room. The carpet was installed by House of Flooring installers and they were great. Marissa was friendly and very knowledgeable. She listened to what we had in our mind and then showed us several options to choose from. We are so happy with everything! You couldn’t ask for a better salesperson!

They did an awesome job with the installation of our new carpeting in our house. They were able to install within a week and did an outstanding job!! Highly recommend them and will do business with them in the future!! Love our new carpeting!

I was familiar with House of Flooring and the owners long before I contacted them to be our flooring specialist in our newly purchased home in Iola, WI. But, I had never had the need to require their services until our Iola purchase. Our sales person was Marissa. As soon as I had spent a little time on the phone with her during our initial contact I knew she had what it takes to make a customer feel important, understood our plan and obstacles in getting our lower level remodeled and ready for House of Flooring to do the install. Our first remodeling contractor had arranged to work with Marissa in our absence (we were still living out of state during the remodel). Well, that didn't work out to well since our contractor had promised to have the lower level ready for the installers to install our flooring. When the installers showed up the floor was not even close to being ready for flooring. Marissa called us right away and explained the situation. We were not happy with our contractor but Marissa eased the situation and promised us that the installers would return once the floor was ready. After firing our previous contractor and hiring a new local Iola contractor we were able to call Marissa and have her get us back on their schedule. Marissa deserves a lot of KUDOS for her handling of the situation for us. Her extra effort in staying in touch with us throughout the entire process, product knowledge, customer skills, listening skills, and her calm demeanor in working with us through a very tough project management situation from a distance. Marissa is the best!!!!!

We used House of Flooring in Appleton for our basement remodel, Marissa was absolutely fantastic with helping us match our current flooring to an option they had in store so that the two could blend together with out being noticeable at the bottom of the stairs. Alex was the main installer during the process, he was fantastic at educating us in what we needed to do to prepare other projects of our DIY basement remodel. I wish I could give House of Flooring more stars because their service and expertise has been nothing but excellent. We have been extremely impressed by their team.
