Do not let them tell you that the epoxy flooring can withstand a commercial kitchen wear an tear! Customer service was bad and flooring was worse.

Our experience with PCS was absolutely terrible. Our first polished metallic epoxy floor was covered in defects (about 90% of the floor) and the customer service was absolutely awful. Our first floor was installed in December 2019 and the second floor was finally installed in June 2020. The communication and follow through is awful. The second floor still has a considerable amount of defects and is now in a matte finish, we preferred the glossy finish of the first floor and communicated that. Thankfully, this was the only subcontractor we had an issue with while building our home. Please learn from our mistake. The owner, Steve, is more concerned about making money and not delivering a quality product. There are better, more experienced residential epoxy specialists in the area who will stand behind their product and offer exceptional customer service.
