Andrew did a great job covering all the various aspects of the house, taking his time to ensure he was not missing anything. Been using the derive for about 8 months and have noticed a definite decline in mites and springtails.

Andrew J is always professional, efficient & thorough. Since we began doing pest treatment with Felix we haven’t noticed any issues inside our home and minimal activity outside of the house as well. Highly recommended.

Veljko was our technician yesterday and did a fantastic job! He took his time (some techs are in a rush), asked questions , sprayed each interior room, sprayed outside for wasps, refilled bait stations, and put snake deterrent granular in the garden. We appreciate his thoroughness and communication. Thank you!

Edited review: Sadly, I had to come back and drop my rating from 5 stars to 3. We have had bugs pop up in the home (first floor and basement) the last couple of days, so I called to have them come back out for an interior re-treatment (which is part of our contract), and after they checked their schedule, they asked that I call back on June 3 (today is May 22) to see if there’s a way I can get on the schedule sometime after that since they are trying to create new routes. Looks like I won’t even be considered to be on their schedule for at least 2 weeks. Not a great experience from a current customer needing service. — Exceptional service, as always. I was home today while they did the external treatment, and I could see how thorough Andrew Jones was around the entire perimeter of the home. We haven't seen bugs in our home since starting with Fenix, and know that if we do, they'll come right out to help.
