Technicians here aren't my issue. My issue is the company as a whole. When I interviewed companies I came to the conclusion of Hawx as they told me it was a 6 month deal and all I wanted to do is make sure the house I lived in didn't have any issues.
6 month contract finished: 6 month contract completes and I go to cancel, Hawx tells me that I need to do 1 last service before they can cancel it. Call back after that service and obviously talk to someone else, they tell me I'm in a 12 month contract now so I need to finish that last 6 months out.
12 month contract finished (6 more months): I call multiple months in a row to cancel and keep getting the push back. FINALLY they agree it's the final service call and they'll let the technician know. Technician arrives and asks why I'm cancelling, I explain I didn't feel like I had an issue and I don't feel like the service provides me any value. He does his FINAL service and provides me with the documentation as well as taking the bait stations with him so nothings left at my property.
2 Months later: I just now received a bill from Hawx for a service. Call Hawx and they tell me I never cancelled. They tell me that they know I wanted to cancel, but I should have called to confirm I wanted to cancel after that final service was completed. Talked to multiple managers at Hawx today on the phone and they all told me that if I want to avoid the charges I need to provide documentation that I don't live in the property anymore and they'll cancel future services as of today. I sold the home and don't live there anymore, but HAWX IS SCAMMING ME. I asked multiple times to cancel. They agreed and took the equipment and said it was cancelled. Now all of a sudden I have to PROVE to them I sold the home otherwise I have to pay for a service I never received.
Sades came and cleaned out many dead critters. Certainly appreciate her service. She's very professional and through. Always smiling.

I have had Hawx pest control for over a year now and I’m pleased with the results. They are professional and courteous.
My technician Ross is very knowledgeable and friendly he took the time to listen to a special request i had and was quick to take care and he remembered it.

Ross Knutson did a great job of service! He was very thorough in taking care of the various areas and leaving us with a feeling of "now we are protected!"

I had my first service call from Hawx this week and the technician, Ross Knutson, did an excellent job. He was very thorough and took the time to answer questions and explain what he was doing. They document and photograph the work they do and then send a very professional report. They provide a high value in their work with great service, which is very rare today.

Contacted Hawx to have an additional treatment done outside of my normal service. Appointment was scheduled the next day. Will showed up on time, listening to my requests, and completed everything promptly (under 15 min!). Very professional attitude and completely fantastic work!
