Second scheduled day that no one has showed up!
First excuse when I called to say no one came, the lady said the notes say they didn’t come because of weather. It was a beautiful sunny day here! Lie number one! In June I had called for an additional service that is in our plan; again no call, no scheduling. When people work they have to make certain someone is at the home to let the tech in. We scheduled someone to be here to open the house…. sat here all day and no tech came. Twice! What kind of business is this???? What a joke!

Charges without consulting, tech doesn't talk to us except when needs signuture, but responds quickly to calls and comes regularly to maintain.

As their name implies, they definitely eradicated my mice problem. The person who provides the service to my house is very professional and polite. I highly recommend this service

Very knowledgeable of the pests I don't want in my home. Very thorough and respectful of my property. When I bought my home on near water, it had a bad mouse and spider problem inside. Now I have nothing!

I appreciate the urgency Kevin Lueck's took with my situation and how he took the time and explained some "bee" history with me. I learned a lot. Highly recommend Wil-Kil and if you can ask for a specific member of their team. I would ask for Kevin.

Excellent customer service. Service Manager was kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable with what was being used and applied. Will be using them in the future.

We have regularly scheduled maintenance on our cottage and are happy with the service. Have had no problems since starting with WilKil several years ago to stop carpenter ants. Paul, our regular technician is helpful, friendly, and gives us a day's notice of when he’ll be there.
