My husband spoke highly with working with Adam Griesbach Plumbing, so I chose to use him for our business at Deerwood Orthodontics. His business is a pure example of what we should experience. From my phone call to initiating the issue, to timely manner of getting to our office to not only tell us the issue but also to come back and install a new water heater that same morning, then to speaking with the owner on finalizing financials before 12pm. When I called them to look at my water heater the receptionist informed me of the cost to repair the water heater and the cost to install a new one and she said they take payment plans, which was fabulous since I’m on a limited income. I gave them my card info over the phone and set up some dates and payment amounts although after the 1st payment, my other payment did not go through, I worked with them and they were patient with me, however, Adam threatened to come to my house and take the water heater out, and did show up announced at my home as well. As of a few days ago I texted Adam and told him to charge my card for 1 payment today for 150.00 and he replied okay in a text message. This morning I woke up to find out he charged my card 2 times in the amount of 250.00 each so I had to lock my card and I texted him with a screen shot of his texting agreeing to 1 payment of 150.00, and I did not get a response. I called his cell and left a message as well as the office and then later in the morning, Adam attempted to charge my card a 3rd time today, for another 250.00. Do not believe the receptionist when she says they take payment plans, and do not give them access to you bank account or credit card/debit card. I did not authorize that many payments in one day or for that amount. I had to call my bank and make them aware of what happened and have my card cancelled and it’s going to cause a delay in other financial obligations I have now

We had Adam and his team replace our water heater and put in an instant hot water "loop". They also installed a lower level bathroom for us last year. As always, they do excellent work and their prices are competitive. I like the fact that I deal directly with Adam, the owner. Everyone that has worked here from his team have been very thorough, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
