Furnace quit working at 8:00 PM. Left a phone message after normal business hours and they promptly called back upon opening the next day and had my furnace up and running by 9:00 AM. Excellent service.
Just and FYI, they do provide emergency services if needed but I choose to wait until the next day to save some money. Use your best judgement to determine if your situation is an emergency.
Air Care has fixed and installed a new air conditioner and boiler in my house. I trust them to always do an excellent job.

Everyone knows how important it is to regularly service mechanicals in your house. Air Care came in this year to service my AC and found a part that was bad along with a failing compressor. They gave me an option to repair the part, which I did. Then offered me a free estimate to prepare for the upgrade. Chad came by the following week and laid out exactly what I needed and explained my options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them. To make a long story short that week the Compressor failed. Yes, it was 87 humid degrees in the house. I sent him an email and we talked the same morning all before their regular hours. That never happens!! Within a week, the new AC unit was installed. The employees he sent, Cody Stocke and Wyatt Guse were the best team to do the work! I can’t say enough about the job they did. They worked hard to get my AC running again. Great job Chad! BUY LOCAL!!

Excellent service we had a guy named Matt and he was extremely knowledgeable and took care of our needs. I called today and they were able to get me in on the same day! Probably doesn't always happen but I'm very thankful. Thanks again for fixing it!

Recently we were looking to get Mitsubishi wall split AC units installed in our home. Chad was our sales person. He was EXTREMELY attentive to our needs throughout the consultation and bidding process. He was very amazing at returning messages and answering phone calls we had in our decision process. We had lower bids, but none could come close to the outstanding communication skills - Chad is awesome at working with customers. We felt like he really was looking out for our needs - and was willing to work for our business! Once we agreed to move forward, and made our deposit- they continued to exceed our expectations. The completion happened a day ahead of schedule. The installers were efficient, very kind to our family pets- and cleaned up after themselves each day. The equipment works beyond our expectations & We are beyond satisfied overall with all aspects of working with Air Care. 5 star rating isn’t high enough for the experience we have had- and the project was completed with no unexpected surprises. We highly recommend Air Care - and Chad is a top notch liaison between customer & the company. You guys have our business for life!! Outstanding experience overall. We just purchase and had installed 2 Mitsubishi A/C for our home. Air Care took care of us through every aspect of our transaction. They listened to what we wanted. Took the time to big out all the different scenarios that we requested. Once we made up our mind they were very fast at getting it installed. We went from bid to install with in a week. We are very happy with our product and the service that we received from Chad, Dan and their crew. We glad that we chose Air Care in Beaver Dam !!! Thank you

A/C quit working mid-day, tried trouble shooting ourselves. Called Air Care. Since it was not a life or death situation, we scheduled for the next day. Tech (Matt) called when he was on his way, diagnosed the problem, made a temporary fix until the correct part comes in and got us back to a comfortable temperature in less than an hour!! Awesome customer service. Even though I could tell they were very busy, they made me feel like a valued customer. Professionals all around!!
***UPDATE***
Correct part came in two days later. Customer service called to let me know. We scheduled for the next morning. Again, Tech (Matt) came out, swapped out the temporary part with the correct part. Very professional and did not waste any time getting me up and running. Bill was incredibly reasonable as well. Would highly recommend!
