We brought in our Spa pump which had been quoted at upwards of 250.00 to fix from two other Spa dealers in the area-One dealer said they could not fix it and it had to be replaced for around 500 bucks!. Brought the pump into Neuman Pools and they had it fixed, cleaned up and running like a champ in 4 days for less than 75.00. I have NO complaints, they did their job, well, fast and affordably where others said no.
Needed help with my pool. They had the product I needed on hand.

During my YMCA career, I have been responsible for 21 pools/water parks in four states. I have worked with many pool vendors (for service and design/build) and found Neuman Pools to be the absolute best. Their build quality is outstanding. Our Y has an 8 lane competitive pool and a water park. These facilities are approaching 12 years old and look/operate like brand new. The materials used and the craftsmanship is top self. Their service is responsive and very effective. When it comes to pools, Neuman Pools knows how to do it right!

Neuman Pools has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer a very fair price for all their services and goods. In today's world everyone wants the cheapest price, with that comes cheap craftsmanship. This company is high quality and has always provided my family with good advice and many options to fix all my pool needs.

Our swimming pool heater panel was broken and the heater would not start. It took the technician from Neumann Pools 2 hours to diagnose the problem. The technician told us that he could replace the panel for $400.00 but he could not guarantee that we wouldn't have other issues with the heater. He had to make several phone calls to the manufacturer to figure out what the problem was. They charged us $125.00 trip charge to drive to the Dells, even though, they were already in the area. That is too much and we will not use your services in the future. There are other swimming pool companies that are cheaper and have more knowledgeable technicians and charge less.
