Bought a ‘24 ariens apex from Bill with help from Dan. Awesome guys and great experience. Gave me all the updates on delivery of unit - ready as promised. When you get people to text you daily it goes a long way. Dan walked me through everything (very knowledgeable) answered all my questions. Would recommend!

Dan is the Man!!! I purchased a Gravely ZT HD 52" Stealth Edition from Bill's Power Center in October 2023 on an end season sale, and I've been extremely happy with the purchase overall. I came in a few times looking around and each time, Dan answered any questions I had fully and was extremely patient. He was brutally honest about each machine and was not trying to sell me a mower I didn't need just because it was more expensive. This spring I suddenly had an issue with one of the Hydros leaking oil and brought it in for service. After a full week and a half, I seemed to be having a communication error with the service department. I came in and explained the situation with Dan, and literally within 24 hours he had everything resolved and the mower ready again. He fully understands the importance of taking care of his customers, even after making the sale for us residential buyers. Seriously, Dan is the best thing about Bill's Power Center. If you are looking for a new mower, ask for Dan when you come in. If he isn't there and you aren't getting the attention/service you expected, come back when Dan is working. He's that good.

In 2021 I purchased a used 60” Gravely from Bill’s Power Center for a very reasonable price. I have used the machine heavily in a lawn care service setting for 3 seasons and expect to use it for many seasons to come. Never have had one engine (kawasaki 25 HP) issue. Thank you guys for the awesome unit!

This place is great. Excellent products, service and knowledge. I bought my Honda self propelled and my kubota zero turn here. Can’t say enough nice things about the parts service also. I hope they are here for a long time.
