They scheduled a day and were very quick about being able to do the work - very large crew which was convenient for my timeline. The day before they were scheduled to arrive, someone called saying he was at the location to get started but there was nobody there. As it turns out they had to do prep work the day before which was never communicated. They did do the job quickly and cleaned up the jobsite decent.
Just did an alright job plastering - the overall finish quality is decent, but pretty sloppy in the corners. They never sent an invoice... and then were very rude about it. I had another job up the road but couldn't use them again.
Two full-length ceiling seams split open from one end of the room to the other and need to be redone, called and never received a response. Never again.
We were in need of short notice plastering for kitchen remodel. Albert’s was able to accommodate so we didn’t have to push off cabinet and flooring. They were professional and friendly. They matched existing plaster on ceiling and walls perfectly!

The plaster job was mediocre at best. The bigger issue at hand is how they treated my girlfriend who had to let them in. They proceeded to come in and demand a steak breakfast from my girlfriend. They kept complaining about the a/c not being on (multiplebtimes). They were blatantly sexist, and one of them would walk in and give my girlfriend creepy stares everytime. They would say comments to eachother like, "screw her like you mean it". She was so uncomfortable she called her father to come sit with her while they finished (I was stuck at work).

Alberts did over $8000 of work for us. Drywall and plastering. After 3 months 2 cracks appeared exactly 4’ apart. Clearly the 1 piece of drywall they installed. They won’t come out and fix it and they don’t stand by their work. Do not use. Horrible!!!!

Albert's plastered our new construction home 5 years ago. Within a few months you could see all of the seams in one direction on most of the ceilings. They told us this happens sometimes and it should go away within 12-18 months. After 18 months we called them back and they said that they plastered the house before it was insulated but that was not their fault. We have since had several other plasterers out to look at the work and they all gave us the same answer. Albert's took short cuts and only taped the seems one time and that is why we have the ridging. After all is said and done we will have paid over $4000 to have the ceilings re-plastered and then we will have to pay to have all of the ceilings repainted.
We also have nail pops all over our house and according to other industry professionals it is because nails were used instead of screws to hang our drywall which apparently would not have happened if they had taken the time to do it right with screws.
Strongly do not recommend.

These guys are great to work with and the quality is top notch.. Attention to detail and followup to make sure you are satisfied. Came back to fix up a few puppy scratching and biting blemishes and did not charge for it.
Would def use again. Dealing with Andy was a breeze.
